The burger was decent as they use real angus beef, and they do give a lot of fries (but they’re a bit bland). I ordered sodas, yet we were given water cups. After we sat down she walked some lids over to us.
The crazy part of our experience was finding a NAIL or some metal rod piece at the bottom of the pile of fries. I showed some of the workers, where clearly English isn’t their first language, and they apologized and said it must be from the deep fryer basket, but didn’t even offer to replace our fries or any other consolation to make things right for us.
The bathroom floor was extremely slippery and is actually a potential hazard.
Crazy experience for sure, and suggest one exercise caution if choosing to patron here…

Worst Burger I have had in a long time.. I had try Mushroom Swiss burger and it was awful..It tasted so bland..Also the fries were barley warm and not good at all..I wasted my money eating at this place, not worth the $15 dollars I spent..
Oh yea they were out of sweet tea and Strawberry Dragon, fruit lemonade, Plus the Freestyle soda machine had Barely any choices to pick from because so many were out!!
Also it was so hot in there because there Air Conditioning system is apparently broke.. So just horrible overall experience and was told how good this place is, it’s not or at least not this evening!!!
I don’t see how it gets over a 4 star rating!!

I’ve got the Starving Student Card and the deals for this place are great. The food is pretty good. We were served quickly and the people were friendly and helpful.
The restrooms here have potential. If they put a little more time taking care of them, I would give 5 stars. The paper towel and toilet paper dispensers were not filled, but a roll was left sitting on top. The garbage can was broken and wouldn’t open when I stepped on it. However, the restroom didn’t smell and it has cool checkered tiles. Also the men’s restroom has a baby changing station which is awesome.
I had an overall great experience, and because of the popularity and great location, I ran into a few old friends which made my day!

We love this restaurant! To be honest one of the reasons we moved to Provo! The staff is always helpful and kind especially GianFranco (sorry if I spelled your name wrong). The husby was especially surprised with how helpful he was! Would recommend to everyone we know!

Stopped by ‘cause had a coupon. Ordered carry out: mushroom Swiss burger which come with fried onions (love!) and regular MOOYAH cheeseburger combo. Short wait, food freshly prepared. Service was quick. Dining area was clean. The place reminds me of a mix between 5 guys and Habit burger. Appreciate the recyclable box containers; doesn’t smush burger and it’s biodegradable. Would come back again to try other items on their menu. They have lettuce & vegan burgers as well!

The server and guy who took our order were incredibly nice and we were thoroughly surprised by the good quality of the burgers. Similar to Culver’s if you like their burgers but I personally liked these better. Sweet potato fries texture was 10/10. Definitely will come back.

Went back. Got shakes. The ice cream base is GREAT. Sooo creamy and good. I got cookie dough and it kind of felt like they just threw cookie dough chunks in and stirred. Their aren’t blended. So depends what you like. Def need a spoon to eat it. I’d say 8/10 on the shake scale.

It was average for sure. First, the service was good. Friendly staff and quick service, not too busy.
The burger itself was pretty good. The meat had good quality, Mooyah sauce was OK. I did not love the burger bun, it was almost like a croissant texture. Made the burger a little bit soggy, but it was OK.
Fries were pretty good. They are fresh cut and love the amount that you get. But I would hope so for the price you pay. Pretty bland with not a lot of flavor so I added salt to that. They reminded me a lot of Five Guys.
I don’t think that I would go there without some sort of deal, because they are pricey and for me and just was not worth it paying full price.

First time being here. Saw it on TikTok foodie. When I walked in was greeted with hello or welcome. Employees were nice and friendly. It was clean and well kept. Bathrooms were clean, but needed to be cleaned up a little bit. Food was okay. I expected more from the burger that I ordered. But I’m glad I went there to try it out. I may go back and try another meal that they have. All in all it was great.
