Enzo’s was awesome! From the outside, it just looks like a regular pizza joint, but the food is way better than that. I had the wagyu beef with risotto, and it was fantastic – super tender meat. I’d also recommend the old-fashioned, it was a great drink. We went on a Sunday night, and it was packed. We had to sit at the bar, so definitely make reservations ahead of time. The atmosphere is lively, a bit loud, but not so loud you can’t hear your friends.

Ambience is warm, with a pizza take out adjoining to their entrance, and advertising 40 years of Italian, this restaurant appears to be authentic at first glance. Staff was accommodating and friendly. However, the food is not true Italian. As an Italian American, well traveled to Southern Italy and from CT, the menu is full of Italian American items like Alfredo sauce and fried items. The fresh focaccia was good but that’s the only thing that was good for our dinner. I ordered the linguine with clams and it was watery with too much lemon flavor. We also had the chicken piccata and the chicken was not pounded and very small portion. We also had the lasagna and while it looked good, the sauce was very chunky and was made with too much tomato paste. If you are from the Northeast and know good Italian, save yourself the wait and visit and go elsewhere.

Important to note, if you notice the owners responses to people’s reviews, they are all blaming customers noting their long running history of quality food. But their story is on the back of the menu, while started by an Italian immigrant, the restaurant changed ownership in 2021. Dine and review at your own risk.

Went to Enzo’s Sunday night. Not sure if they know what Italian food is because, I ordered shrimp scampi with linguine. They didn’t even cook the shrimp in a scampi? It’s like they throw shrimp cocktail shrimp in with the linguine, that wasn’t linguine. It was a thick spaghetti and the garlic sauce was just garlic from a jar with too much lemon. No butter and just a little bit of oil.
My wife ordered the chicken Marsala with risotto. She asking if it was a plain risotto and he said yes but, it had peppers with no taste, very bland. There was no Marsala sauce and the chicken was tough and dry with no taste at all.
The fried mozzarella was from a frozen box of sticks.
I can’t believe they are packed every night. The best part was the waiter. He was very polite and friendly .

Last night’s “Sopranos cast” event was hands down one of the most unprofessional, amateur-hour productions I’ve ever paid for.

You charge people for a live appearance and then somehow forget the most basic requirement: being able to hear the speakers. The microphones were a disaster. You could barely understand anyone — including actress Oksana Lada ( Irina from The Sopranos). If the audience can’t hear the guests, what exactly are we paying for? Vibes?

Meanwhile, people who didn’t even pay for the event — just random diners — were allowed to sit there talking loudly the entire time. So the people who actually bought tickets got to enjoy a muffled Q&A drowned out by dinner conversations. Incredible business model.

To make it even more embarrassing, Vincent Curatola (Johnny Sack) had to shush the crowd himself — repeatedly — while holding a microphone that barely worked. Imagine paying for a professional event and watching the talent beg grown adults to behave like they’re in third grade. That’s not edgy. That’s not chaotic. That’s just poorly run.

The icing on the cake? When someone complained, they were refunded immediately. The excuse given was: “This is the first time we’ve done something like this.”

So the first time you do something, the standard is… low effort and crossed fingers? If anything, the first time should be your MOST organized because you’re trying to prove you can pull it off.

Completely ruined what should have been a great night. The cast deserved better. The paying customers deserved better. The only people who got full value were the ones who didn’t pay at all.

If you’re thinking about attending one of these events, save your money until they figure out how microphones and basic crowd control work.

Embarrassing.

We had a great time. We showed up a few minutes early. The hostess couldn’t have been any nicer. We were there to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The server Maya was so sweet. It was a little loud. But I expect that since it was so busy. The bread and oil was amazing. We will be back!!

I am not going to take away a star because it was very warm when we arrived as if the A/C had failed. That can happen to anyone. I would only dismiss a star if I revisit and it seems the norm. Let’s get into the review. Reservations are highly recommended because this place is full of flavor! The menu is full of decent selections of Italian food and wine with other drink specials as well. From the salad to the appetizers, to the main course; not only are they well plated, but very good sized portions!.. but how do those big plateful taste??? Absolutely delectable! Delicious, yummy! The ambiance was family and fun. The atmosphere was buzzing, the service was absolutely on par and above. The prices as should be. The interior was nice and clean and all the food was quick and hot! An absolute worthy experience from service, to prices, to selections, to most importantly…flavors! Came from Orlando and when I return…I’ll certainly be back!

Enzo’s is the best restaurant we have been to in SW Florida. My wife is Italian and the food was delicious, authentic Italian cuisine. Our server Nicolette was friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. She met our every request timely and with a smile. The atmosphere was wonderful and gave us an amazing Italian experience.
