When we went to find a seat, the table and the benches were sticky and gross. Then I got the new Arch burger today and it was completely raw in the middle. The garbages in the play place were stacked to the brim full and there was no room to throw away our food and they got 2 of our orders wrong. Overall very dissatisfied with this McDonald’s.

The last few times I’ve been here my order has been wrong, but tonight was especially bad. My Big Mac was quite literally 3 buns, 2 patties, and 1 slice of cheese. I didn’t order it in any special way and I did NOT ask for anything to removed. This was an absolute waste of money!

Charged us individually for all of our items rather than putting them in a combo.
When we got to the window she hadn’t rang up two of our items, so we had to pay for those again separately, as she didn’t believe us when we told her we order them.
The coffee was not even hot.
I’ll never go here again.

The three kids meal cheeseburgers were like burnt hockey pucks. So sad that they don’t give a damn about food quality anymore…won’t go back there.

What you’d expect from McDonald’s, relatively fast, food is decent, in and out the drive through within 10 minutes during a busy time of day. Using the McDonald’s app to pay is the way to go if you’re trying to be fast.

Gave it 7 chances to change my mind but every single time, it gets my order wrong (actual menu items with no substitutions).
Kids hamburger meal, they put 2 tablespoons of mayo on the burger, oozing off the sides. Why???? Didn’t even ask for a substitution, just regular burger.
Quarter pounder with cheese (no subs), 2 tablespoons of ketchup, had to wipe it off before I could even see the meat.
Big Mac burger burnt beyond recognition.
Cherry Coke instead of the requested regular Coke.
Fries so salty you could use them as sandpaper.
If I could, I’d give it negative 37 stars.
Will never go back.

It’s honestly frustrating how bad the employees are trained. They NEVER get modifications correct. Add mayo to a chicken sandwich? Too hard. No lettuce on a Big Mac? Too hard. Extra salty fries? Too hard. No ice in drink? You guessed it, it’s too hard. Just got a delivery from them and none of the modifications were done on top of the food being so cold and obviously old despite the driver delivering quite quick.

This is my 5th time going to this specific location and them claiming they don’t have any change. So if you don’t have anything smaller than a $20 your out of luck. Waited for ever because they only had 1 lane open and when I get to the window they tell me they can’t break a $50 because it was too early. I asked if my food was free then because ummm why is it my fault a multi billion company doesn’t have change right? But no… My $8 dollars was too much for them and told me they couldn’t just give it to me lol. If your manager doesn’t want or have time to break a bill just saw that instead of giving excuses. Most of the time managers and employees are rude anyway. I recommend going to the other one across town if you have the time. They always seem to be in a good mood and have change.

The service at this McDonald’s was an absolute joke. Upon approaching the counter, instead of being greeted by an employee ready to take my order, I was met with the bizarre sight of a staff member quite literally sprawled out asleep on the very counter where food is presumably prepared. This wasn’t a quick nod-off; this was a full-blown slumber. I stood there for what felt like an eternity before another, clearly flustered, employee noticed my presence. The entire experience reeked of unprofessionalism and left me questioning the overall hygiene and management of this establishment. Avoid at all costs if you’re actually looking to, you know, order food.

I’ve always enjoyed McDonald’s. Only a couple times I’ve been disappointed in the food. The hot and spicy chicken sandwich is always a go to and I actually didn’t like mayo until I had this. The fries are pretty good and using the app you can get them for a dollar which is hard to beat. The breakfast is clutch. Sausage biscuit and had brown is always good! Latest experience- good service, got the right order and decent quality, and had plenty of napkins.
