Made a reservation and promptly seated when I showed up. As soon as we were seated our waitress came over and told us about the restaurant, my first time there. Her assistant Al came over and introduced himself as well. He brought over some bread and butter which was tasty. Ordered the Cesar salad and it was good. Lettuce not as crisp as other places but still good nonetheless. I ordered the stuff chicken breast. The chicken was delicious but the garlic-herb filling was pretty salty. The baked potato found of had a bit more flavor. Other than that it was a very good experience. They do have their own bathroom.

Wow—what a great first experience at this restaurant! I ordered the Ribeye with an added Lobster Tail, and I’m so glad I did. The Ribeye was cooked to perfection, juicy, tender, and full of flavor, though just a touch on the salty side. The Lobster Tail was also excellent, perfectly cooked, juicy, and not overdone, which can be rare.
The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
If you’re in the area and looking for a quality steakhouse, I definitely recommend giving this place a try. Great food and great service!

We decided on a whim to eat at Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Reno for our 50th wedding anniversary. We stopped in to make the reservation and said we would eat in the bar/lounge area. We were asked if we were celebrating anything and said our anniversary. Well, they knew how to make it special. Starting with seeting us in a booth in the dining room. Our server Ashley S was hands down the best waitress we have ever had and Sam her “right hand man” was friendly and attentive. This review could go on for pages so I’ll sum it up by saying everything was perfect and the entire experience left us feeling very special.

We had reservations for two, seated promptly by the hostess. Shaw, our waitress, introduced herself in a very professional manner, answered any and all questions and immediately took our drink order. The service by Shaw and her associates was excellent in all aspects. Food was exceptional, we both had the filet mignon which was delicious. Atmosphere was excellent, great for conversation, very quiet with the proper amount of lighting. Our waitess, Shaw, shined in professionalism and attitude, the management should take notice of this review and acknowledge her actions with the customers. This was my first time eating at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, we will dine again in the future. Thank you Shaw for a wonderful dinner and great service.

The food was terrible! My steak tasted like it was soaked in vinegar. The wedge salad dressing was not good at all. This place is overrated! The service was very good, but the food killed our evening. Happy Valentine’s. RUTH’S CHRIS Steak House!

My wife nd I went twice, once in August for our anniverary and in October for a speacial they were having. The food was delicious! All there steaks, comes out on this very hot sizziling butter plater. The Ribeye was the best I had ever had. Melted in my mouth! Both times we had Shawn our waitress and Talan her assistant were Awesome. Shawn was so friendly, professional, Great smile and made us feel comfortable. Fantasic coustomer service from both of them. Of course pricey but they all are. Highly reccomend.

The meal we had here for our sin in law’s graduation party was sublime. Our hostess and her assistant, Shaw and George, were so amazing that it almost felt like they could read our minds and they work efficiently and are authentically friendly and cheerful.
The food was amazing (I got the 6oz mignon/lobster tail with a steakhouse salad, garlic mashed potatoes and a luscious little personal cheesecake), perfectly cooked as ordered and utterly delicious and the drinks, even without alcohol (I got a Shirley Temple for nostalgia) were generous and refilled without distracting the party.
I intend to begin celebrating my personal and family holidays here as often as I am able as it is now my favorite restaurant.

The food as always was divine. The staff was phenomenal. The atmosphere of Reno and the casino ambience was entertaining. They didn’t enforce a dress code at the bar, if that’s notable. Always nice to dine here but a price point of a special occasion (for me it was an early Valentine dinner)
