The cooks were very knowledgeable about a gluten allergy. I watched them change gloves. Clean counters. Made my daughter’s food separate and took great precautions to keep her safe. They were slammed with 2 separate families waiting on a table. We got our food very quickly, correctly, and it was delicious. Our server was top notch! I wish I knew their names to give them extra credit. I did let the district manager know. Everything was chef’s kiss perfect!

We came to this Waffle House and were completely disappointed and frustrated by the service. From the moment we walked in, we were not greeted at all. We sat at a table and waited over five minutes before we finally had to speak up just to get someone’s attention.
While we were sitting there waiting, we watched the waitress who was supposed to be helping us seat customers who came in after us, take their orders, and bring them drinks — while we were still sitting there ignored.
I absolutely hate to even say this, but at that point I couldn’t help but wonder what else could it be besides race? The treatment was too obvious to ignore.
I’m writing this review right now from the parking lot, and I just watched another party get seated at the table we left — and the waitress immediately went straight to them. No delay. No hesitation.
Is this really what Waffle House stands for? Because this experience was unacceptable, embarrassing, and extremely upsetting. We left feeling disrespected and overlooked, and no customer should ever be made to feel this way.

Got home with my food and it’s not worth a penny. Steak was to be med it’s definitely well. Bacon is overcook. Bread was burnt. Hash browns were made wrong. When I called the manager was extremely rude. Basically accused me of being liar. Said she knows it’s ok cause she cooked it herself and has been with waffle House for 15 yrs. After back and forth tells me ” Bring it all back, Bring it all back” then hangs up.

They were having a tough morning on 1/1/2026 around 11AM. They were busy and overwhelmed. Wait staff were arguing with each other and the cooks were struggling. Didn’t receive half of our food. We were still pleasant with everyone and left a good tip.

Wonderful ✌️The food was delicious I had eggs, bacon and hashbrowns-cheese. The ☕ is great and the server was very nice and the price was easy on the wallet. Thanks so much. Went back the next day for more good food. ☕ .

I ordered a double burger with cheese and bacon and a sweet tea. I paid $20.04 for it before tip. It was for to go. I get back to the hotel room and this is what I have two pieces of bacon that’s old as hell five slices of pickles, a bun and two burger patties I called and the person I spoke to sounded dumbfounded and confused on the question I was asking I asked was there any lettuce tomato onion that goes on the burger and was it supposed to come with hashbrowns? I believe I paid $15 +2 dollars for the drink plus the fees I ended up just hanging up. But I’ll never spend another $20 on a burger there

Me and my brother walked in Bree said we work for tips basically asking for us to give her a tip and we sat down we got our drinks. We got our food and the bacon was blacker than a tire.I orders sunny side up eggs and they were not fully cooked. The kitchen was disgusting. And the service was horrible.We were never asked if we needed anything and Bree didn’t talk to us at all. The workers were talking to each other leaned up against the counters and eating food.
