This has to be the worst sonic that is open. We have attempted to order from this location several different times and always get poor quality drinks, poor quality food and poor quality service. I will never order here from this location again! It took 30 minutes for a mobile order of 3 drinks, regular coney and med cheese tots! Workers were walking around drinking and eating and no washing of hands! The Kansas Health Department should investigate this location!

So I was trying to order online, but it just kept saying “sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later” and I really wanted to use my coupon to get $4 dollars off. I asked a young man about if they honored online deals, and without any hesitation he said he would try to give the discount manually. He needed help from someone higher up, but got me my food and drink in good time, good quality, and with my deal. My ticket says his name is Liam, and I just wanted to give a huge shout out for his attitude and customer service skills. I am always hesitant to ask about coupons, as I’ve had so many people get upset and deny it, but I felt none of that from Liam.

Dinner was really fresh tonight! The Cheeseburger patties and Smashers were packed nicely and tasted amazing. The egg and sausage burrito was especially good — perfectly fresh this evening, unlike in the mornings or afternoons when it can sometimes be a bit dry.

Big thanks to the cook for preparing such a great meal, and special thanks to the Sonic manager for keeping everything running so well. You guys really made dinner enjoyable!

Wanted to drop a quick review for today’s lunch and dinner at this spot. I tried the freshly flavored food and mozz sticks—they were awesome. Burgers usually don’t taste that fresh here, but today the cheeseburger and chicken sandwich were both really tasty. Big thanks to the management and the kitchen crew for keeping things fresh and flavorful. Appreciate it!

I have order a BLT toaster with Onions Rings on the sandwich a few times now at this location and have never had an issue as they have just put it the system of them charging my for jalapeño then putting see operator to tell the kitchen that the jalapeño are Onion Rings. Now today I am being told they have to have a manager to do this (which is fine) but that manager would not be available to do this for 30 minutes. Have to say this is the first time being disappointed here and it was for this

I’ve ordered food from here several times before and have been satisfied until now.
The corn dogs have never been this dark before. I ordered a corn dog, but it was so dark it looked burnt.
I asked for a replacement, but the manager said, “The timer is set, we can’t make it lighter. I’ll give you a refund.” His attitude towards me was impolite and rude.
I will not be using this place again.

I ordered specifically a half sweet, half unsweet tea and cheddar bites with ranch (I mentioned the ranch 3 times when ordering so it wouldn’t be forgotten). Employee comes out with my order and announces “sweet tea and cheddar bites” to which I said, “it’s supposed to be half sweet, half unsweet tea” and he assures me that it is… well, it’s not and there was also no ranch. I guess they scan off your orders before they bring it out to you so they don’t mess up their times. At least that’s what I was told when I push the button after waiting five minutes after it said my car hop was on the way. Just to water down drinks and cold food.

They don’t have the real fruit inside of your drink and then whenever you push the button about your issue. They bring out a separate cup and say that’s what their manager told them to bring you.
