If you’re ever craving disappointment served cold after a 40-minute drive-thru wait, look no further — this Wendy’s is the place for you! We figured the long line meant the food must be amazing, but nope — it was just a masterclass in inefficiency.

By the time we finally got to the window, our enthusiasm had aged like fine milk. We get the order, drive off, open the bags, and—surprise!—everything was wrong. Not “oops, one missing fry” wrong… I mean literally nothing matched what we ordered. It’s almost impressive how consistent they are with the chaos — exactly what all the other reviews said, and they weren’t exaggerating.

If you’re looking for an adventure in patience and disappointment, I highly recommend this drive-thru. Otherwise, maybe try cooking at home — it’ll be faster, more accurate, and you’ll probably get your order right.

Once again I have 2 little demon spawns that love chicken nuggies and FF; this place has them and it soothes the savage beasts; match made in heaven. Don’t get me wrong, fast food is slop, over priced and should only be consumed in extreme circumstances.

The place is discussing, no hygiene. One employee is with her hair ( like a lot of hair) with out covering in the kitchen. The manager touched the trash cans, then proceeded to take his phone and then grabbed the chicken tenders without washing his hands to put them in the fryer. The lobby looks dirty. Where is the people that does inspections in this place ?

It say it’s open til 2am.but I go about 930pm I was told to go to drive thru,like really I I had a big order and you closed the lobby early for what you there til 2am.so I ended up going down the street to Chipotle Mexican Grill.glad my employees enjoyed it for are meeting never again to that strike three for this wendys bad service.

Came in September to this place and it was awesome (clean and food was great). Repeat visit last week and horrible, tables not cleaned, cashier did not understand the menu (I surely didn’t either). Double Baconator w/ lettuce tomato and it was not even close to expectation (September’s was great) plus they messed up the order twice… I would not mind paying more for extras in case Wendy’s has savings on not adding appropriate extras… plus it was not rush hour… see pic. Lots of competition in the area… just saying.

AI ordering. It can’t get your order right. They gave me a burger with only ketchup, mustard, and cheese…. no actual burger on the bun…. who sells a burger with no burger? I ordered a biggie bag and basically paid $7 for 4 chicken nuggets.

I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but yesterday I received such poor customer service that I feel the need to share my experience.

First, they didn’t know how to process two separate orders, which took over 10 minutes. It seemed like the person helping me didn’t understand what they were doing at all.

Then, they gave me the wrong order. I told the cashier that it was incorrect because I was missing chili cheese fries. Without checking, she insisted that I hadn’t ordered them and told me I was wrong. I asked her multiple times to verify, and she kept saying “no” — more than five times — basically calling me a liar.

I asked for my receipt, and she wouldn’t give it to me until she finally realized I was right. Even then, she didn’t offer any kind of apology.

To make things worse, she closed the window on me rudely. When I came back, she asked me in a harsh tone, “What are you missing?” I told her it was the drinks.

Overall, it was a terrible experience — and all of this happened with a manager present, who heard everything and did nothing to help.
