It’s unfortunate to give a negative feedback about any service that I consume. Not only the wait was over 10 minutes to give us our drinks. The cashier was on his phone as I pulled up to the window, didn’t even speak to me or acknowledge that I was there. Nevertheless didn’t ensured the order was missing a drink and to make things worse the ice coffee’s milk was spoiled. Waste of time and money, I certainly don’t recommend this place to anyone!

Ladies restroom had no lighting. Went to manager and requested emergency lights be turned on and was told no. Waited and used men’s restroom. Sign in men’s restroom noted how important cleanliness and safety is to company and recommendation to contact management if there are concerns???

Where do I even begin? Apparently, it should have started with the reviews, but after I made it through the cloud of cigarette smoke at the door, let me tell you about the experience I had. There was no one at the front, everyone was in the back. Three people made eye contact with us, but nobody acknowledged us or the people in front of us, even after both of us asked if they were still open inside. It seemed like they were about to close the restaurant, but the doors were still open.
The bathroom was clean, but the floors throughout the restaurant were incredibly slippery, like grease water was used to mop. The food was a complete mess. The chicken was barely warm, and the cheese on the burgers and baked potatoes was cold. It’s sad because the food was actually good.
Traveling so the odds of stopping here again are slim to none, but this needs to be addressed with the employees and management.

“I recently visited Wendy’s, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. It started with a drive-thru order that was completely wrong. To get it corrected, I had to go inside, which led to an unbelievable wait time of over 30 minutes.
Once inside, the staff seemed uninterested and more focused on their own conversations than assisting customers. One employee, Dakhià, stood out for all the wrong reasons. Her attitude was dismissive and unfriendly. When I asked about the order, she responded with an eye roll and a curt answer. It’s one thing to be busy, but it’s another to be outright rude to paying customers.
Overall, the incorrect order, excessive wait time, poor service, and negative attitude of employees like Dakhià make it hard to recommend this Wendy’s location. There are plenty of other fast-food options where you can get a decent meal without the side of attitude.”

We stopped their for burgers and fries. We were 3 cars behind on in the drive thru. We waited for nearly 20 minutes to order our food and receive the food. After we drove of we opened our food only to discover the burgers were room temperature. I would not recommend going there.

I ordered their classic chicken sandwich last night and oh my god, it was hard as hell. So chewy had to throw it out. I don’t know why they don’t throw the old ones out and make fresh. I am sure there is a time frame till the food can stay good.
But sadly, they keep serving those old ones. Well, I am never gonna go back there.

What is going on here? Busy Saturday, service window is closed as angry customers drove off. Then ONE person at the front counter taking orders as a Line of 10 people backed up. No French Fries. Disgusting bathrooms with water and toilet paper all over the floor, puddles of water in the main restaurant floor where someone could easily slip and fall. Manager yelling at staff as the server rolled her eyes at me when I asked what the size of an item. First order was a sorry looking baked potato that looked like it sat under a heat lamp for 24 hours. Gross all the way around.

The girl that took my order was very pleasant but my food is awful. My burger is so bad I can’t even force myself to eat it, it’s like rubber. My son’s burger was the same way. The french fries were like cardboard It’s just so disappointing. I’ve been working 11 hour days for the last 2 weeks & just wanted to feed my family something good & easy after work. I will not be going back but I’m sure they could care less.

The staff is almost always late helping you at the drive thru. Orders, are mostly 15 minutes or longer especially in the mornings. The food is cold , order always not acceptable and inaccurate. It’s the shift they don’t have manners with customers in my experience impatient especially evening and night crews. I was cheated with my change owed back and they disputed me so badly but… I was right and I stood my ground because I do not like going there ..but stealing from me in my face is a NO!! In this town customers drive a long ways to get nonsense service.
