They never fill my drinks all the way and I’m honestly tired of it. I had this happen to me a few years ago and I decided to stop by today since I was in the area and of course my drink wasn’t filled to the top. This is the only location I have this problem with. Get it together!

Been here several times, even when it’s busy they’re usually relatively quick, but sometimes it does take a bit which is completely understandable due to how long the line can get. I just have to say Melanie is AWESOME! She’s super kind, friendly, and helpful! You’re lucky if she’s the one serving you!

I stopped here on my way up north to grab a coffee since it was late and I had a long drive, and my order wasn’t up to the standard Starbucks holds. I ordered a vanilla cappuccino, it was most definitely not a cappuccino, way too much milk and they used sugar free syrup and not regular. If they were out of reg syrup, that’s fine but tell me first. I also got a hot chocolate, and it was room temperature if not colder. Staff was very nice but I just wanted what I ordered.

This goes for all Starbucks everywhere, this location is no different. My drinks are never full, we pay for over priced drinks in a cup that aren’t even filled to the top. They throw out the “extra” anyway. Wasteful. I decided to go to Tim Hortons, their coffee doesn’t taste burnt and the matcha is just as good if not better than Starbucks. No longer a Starbucks customer.

I only order from here because I work in the Plaza.. it always takes at least double the time the app says my order will be ready!! The flavor of my beverage is always different and I order the same thing every time.. at least once I waited over 20 minutes for my one drink!!
