Our favorite spot has cocktails and beer!!! This is our go to Mexican restaurant in town. Service is excellent. Food is authentic and fresh! Their tacos are our favorite. Staff is very friendly.

Don’t waste your money and health at this place.!! My whole family got terribly sick to their stomachs and we still sick!! My husband and I went Friday evening and ordered steak tacos with cheese, beans and cheese and chorizo. The steak tacos were incredibly salty, and the meat had a very strong, unpleasant taste. We ate them and a few hours later everyone started feeling sick
Save your health and Money!!

Really enjoyed our breakfast. Eggs done right, pancakes like they should be, menudo like i wish my Mother could make. Fast coffee refills and reasonable prices just assure that we’ll return for more.

I really like this place. It feels as if everyone is here because they enjoy being here and not just because they’re hungry an this place is open.

The food was okay but didn’t really meet my expectations.. the service was wonderful! The food just didn’t taste fresh , more like canned enchilada sauce . Guess I expect more in Texas !

Stopped by for dinner on a weeknight. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The food portions were generous and everything tasted fresh. We learned they don’t serve beer, but you can bring your own beer and pointed us to the convenience store across the parking lot. My only complaint is the corn tortillas… I wish they made them fresh at the restaurant.

The service was good, the employees were friendly, and the coffee was delicious. I saw the other reviews before trying this place out and was confident it would be a terrific breakfast. I just think we might have gone on an “off” day…..The food was not bad but it wasn’t great either. From a family of five, we all thought the same thing. When we travel back to Blanco we will give it a 2nd chance and just order the breakfast tacos (And update the review accordingly).

Food was okay, for a tourist spot.

Pancakes tasted like a mix.
Potatoes had no seasoning.
Sausage was store bought links.
Huevos ala Mexicana had some weird hard things in it

I’ve had worse, but they are definitely not in the top ten.

Got 3 breakfast tacos at 10am. 1 potato and egg and 2 bacon and egg. They are really delicious and they have great tasting bacon! The soft shell flavor is also really good and perfect softness. No dry shells here!
Thanks for a great breakfast!

First time to eat there today. Really liked it. The salsa was fresh and homemade, chips were good. that is the first criteria in dining at a Mexican restaurant. They passed that with flying colors. Then we started off with a cup of the Queso con Carne…it was good…thats two for two! Now the meals… I had the Camarones plate and it hit the spot! Wife got the Daniels Favorite and really liked it. Service was nice and friendly. Will definitely go back.

We came in on a Saturday night 30 minutes before closing. They were cleaning up, but they welcomed us and told us it wasn’t too late to eat in.

Our food was fresh, hot, delicious and it came out fast. The cheddar cheese for my gordita caught me off guard; I was expecting chihuahua or Oaxaca cheese. Nonetheless, it still tasted good with the meat.

This is a great place and will be our regular stop when we have a hankering for some good Mexican food.
