yeah so absolutely not, tried to order a water was gonna get charged $3. then i went to order a cheese quesadilla with no sauce add beans and the person taking my order couldn’t hide their disgust. then i was given a steak quesadilla with extra sauce. and when i went back through and really nicely told them it was the wrong quesadilla they were really annoyed and when i double checked there was no sauce was harshly told it was what i wanted. also it was crumpled at the bottom of bag both times

honestly, the poor review was because the shift manager her name is Maria. She works there. She’s rude. She has an attitude all the time she does not have good customer service skills. She always tells the customers are wrong when a customer is always right no matter what and by far the worst Manager they could possibly be all the workers are awesome. The food I can’t I can’t lie and say that they don’t make it good because they are always on point and it’s always clean She harasses all the new workers that go there she makes him feel unwanted, not wanting to go to work and honestly, she shouldn’t even be a manager. She’s by far the worst one ever.

I ordered in app. My bf came by to pick it up, paid extra for extra sauce, plus I bought sauce in app. He checked everywhere and not all of the sauces were in the order. He came back in to get them, and they refused to give it to him. Legit the avocado salsa comes with the cantina order but they wouldn’t let him have it. They seemed annoyed when he was checking the order to make sure it was right while he was at the menu, and then flipped about sauce that’s way too expensive to be not getting. This place can kick rocks. Just had to edit this to say they forgot parts of our order too lol. Editing again because two of my items are missing sauce and one of them is also missing cheese.

i am rating one star it seems like there’s always something missing from my bag. What do i do get back in the car and drive back to place to get my food ? No it shouldn’t have been forgotten in the first place. it’s not like it was super busy at 1240-100 am if i call the store i’ll get told yeah we will right your name down and to come next time and then you go the next day and they are like nope have no idea what happened i didn’t work. I wish I could give a negative 5 stars.. The bigger lady at the window named Maria G was a complete JERK to me and my family in the drive through. She should be talked to by management. As I understand she may have been having a bad day, but you never know what others are going through and shouldn’t take it out on customers. I hope nobody else hets the displeasure of being helped by her.

Not a clean table in the room. The staff is busy assembling food. There are no cashiers apparently. No one even glanced at the front counter.
Only two customer ordering stations. The system was difficult to navigate. Yes, I know to tap taco to order one, when I tried to order sauce it refused my request. ( I was dining in and apparently the system will not acknowledge a sauce choice unless you pay for the specialty sauces
The background was young and hip and gave me a headache. Two customers took over 5 minutes to navigate the menu. The third customer turned and walked out, tired of watching.
The second couple took an additional 5 minutes to order and was obviously unable to find what they wanted.

It can’t be that hard to read an order. We got 1 of 2 chips n cheese. No dipping sauce for chicken instead gave us half a cup of cheese ??? No hot sauce when we asked for 16. Sour cream on the things I said NO sour cream on. Hello? Please stop hiring children who can’t read yet.

Was hoping to get in and out efficiently but the bathrooms are locked and you have to wait for an employee to let you in. Ironic that they have added touch screens to replace humans but then force their staff to let people into the bathroom every 5 minutes. Also extremely unsanitary.
