As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This location always seems to have issues with getting food out the door. Waiting for a large order is one thing – waiting for a hotdog is another. The people aren’t super kind either which is a bummer. There is one really nice lady that works here and she is always trying her best it seems but it doesn’t make up for the very slow service

I dont know why we keep going back here. Back in the day, it was always fresh and hot. The last few years, the food is stale, old, and cold. It is never fresh. Skimpy on the lettuce and this past time, didnt even have a tomato. So disappointing.

Really disappointing. After ordering through the super echoing device, the person who came up to the window first was chewing and didn’t even say a word as I handed her the credit card. Then she came back with drinks that weren’t anywhere near full enough and asked us to pull around to the other side. They tried to give us a door dash order. After getting it figured out, got home (2 maybe 3 minutes later) to old, half filled fries. Food didn’t taste fresh, except for the mozzarella sticks. Those were fresh and pretty good. The other person said their burger had a weird consistency. Overall not worth the money.

Every single time I come by late night they don’t greet you when you pull up. Sometine you sit there for 1 to five minutes waiting on sombody to acknowledge you. I ketetall6 just left because none said anything to me..You barely can hear what that man is saying. Rude sometimes. If you dontvwanna work there dont.. I end up driving to east market where they have wayyy better service…get it together.

The employees obviously couldn’t care less about the food or the service. It also seems like Rallys changed their bread recently. They no longer toast the buns, either. So the Big Buford, which once was a really good fast food burger, is now served on an oversized, fluffy, cold bun. It’s just not worth going back anymore to order online, wait another 15 minutes in the drive through line, and interact with a drive through attendant who refuses to speak a word only to get a burger that’s not worth eating.

It says they are open at 10am on Friday. Waited at the speaker, nobody bothered to say anything to me until I finally got someone’s attention speaking into the mic just to be told they are only taking online orders. Don’t waste your time going here.

DeAndre has served my son and I twice and is very well mannered. Food fresh and cooked to order . I was able to see staff wearing gloves while preparing our food which is very appreciative. But y’all did forget my bbq sauce
