I’m a frequent customer at this location and order the exact same item about five times a week — a plain double Whopper with no bun.
Tonight, I was charged for a single patty instead. When I calmly asked to add the second patty and pay the difference, I was told it would cost $3.41. I questioned the price because I usually pay about $1 more for the double meat version. After going back and forth, I was told it was being processed as a “new order.”
That was not my mistake — I placed the same order I always do, most likely it was a simple misunderstanding.
What made this worse and was troublesome was the behavior of the employee, Angelo. The interaction became argumentative on his end when I was just trying to get clarification for the additional charge., and when I went to pay the difference just to move on, he aggressively took the money out of my hand.
I asked to speak to the manager on duty, she reacted unbothered. When I told her how can she allow such disrespect and aggression from an employee, she stated she “had her headphones on,” and didn’t hear the interaction that I just explained even thought she was present during the interaction.
She offered to give me back the money and I did not take it. This was never about the money it’s about professionalism and basic respect towards every customers. Rude and aggressive behavior should never be tolerated in customer service.
It is concerning that Burger King appears to be failing to provide adequate training and clear customer service standards for both employees and management. There should be defined expectations for how customers are treated — especially repeat customers.
Their slogan says “You Rule.” Unfortunately, that did not reflect my experience tonight.

This is by far THE BEST Burger King location hands down. I go out of my way to get my Impossible Whopper from this location; about 25 miles from my house. Although there’s one closer to home that’s about 5 miles. The 9201 location never disappoints. They know how to put together a burger. Proportions are always on point. The ingredients are always fresh. The fries cooked to perfection. And the Coke Zero is never flat. The staff is very friendly and the bathrooms are nice and clean. I highly recommend this location.

I had an amazing experience at Burger King! My Double Whopper was cooked perfectly fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. Richard and his team were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure everything was just right. It’s always great to see a staff that takes pride in great customer service. Definitely one of the best Burger King visits I’ve had!

This is the third time coming to this Resturant and it has been the WORST. Starting with the staff, from our food being cold when given and that’s after they take almost 15 min after I place the order to receive my food and it’s cold. The customer service lacks. I order my food to dine-in and I get it in a bag. I asked for some more napkins and I got a bad facial reaction and the napkins all crumbled up. As you can see from the picture below they use their phones while working and handling food after that without washing their hands. Someone must do something about this because is unprofessional, unsanitary, upsetting. I will not be coming to this restaurant EVER!!! I’ve been treated very poorly.

I just stopped by today I had an emergency and needed ice right away .. Carlos, Angelo and their manager helped me immediately with great kindness and a welcoming attitude .. when people wrote on some reviews that the food was cold or they had to wait it’s not true or honest there say so!!
It’s a fast food yes but it takes a few minutes to cook things anyway .. AND if it’s very busy when you come it’s normal !

This is the best Burger King I’ve ever walked into. From the moment you step inside you can tell the place is well taken care of. It’s clean and welcoming. But what really makes the experience stand out though, is the staff. Everyone was friendly and they made us feel at ease.
I’d especially like to thank Paula Ramirez, the shift manager, for going out of her way to help us. She treated us with such genuine care that it made our visit memorable and you can tell she makes sure customers leave happy. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’m a disabled veteran who cares for my 6-month old granddaughter. This is difficult in itself, but a month ago, September 3, 2025, I slipped & fell, and broke my L-arm due to negligence of my apartment’s Property Management.
My son works at this Burger King, and proudly tells me their strengths: clean store, fast & caring staff, and good food, so I stopped by.
It’s all true, and Jordan prepared my Whopper with pride in himself, his job & the BK standards of Food Prep. The Whopper was professionally prepared; unlike the sloppy mess that seems to be the norm amongst burger joints.
I appreciated the consideration as trying to eat a Whopper, one-handed, is challenge. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the store’s appealing atmosphere. The visit is worth the drive.

This place is what fast food is supposed to be! They always have my food ready on time, usually I pick it up from the restaurant and eat at home. Flavor is always on top! My favorite one is the Bacon King!
