Food was good. Our waiter was very nice and attentive to our needs. I tipped him and the cook. Most people forget about who actually cooks the food. If your food is to your liking please take a moment and give them a tip too. We had a build your own seafood platter. Understandably pricey. 2 founders, shrimp, fries, hush puppies, slaw, deviled crab, scallops and a sweet tea. There was plenty of food on the plate. I had 2 fried pork chops, and Alfredo, garden salad and bread with sweet tea. Would have like to had more sauce but over all everything was good

We have been there about 5 times we take my sister there when we go see her. We all really like the food if you like Country style steak and gravy with rice .The steak is ideal for someone that has trouble chewing there steak will just about melt in your mouth. Wide selection of items it took the three of us about 20 minutes just to read their menu. So everyone should be able to find something that they would like. The waitresses were very friendly and kept checking on us about all we had to do was just hold up your hand.
They’re on a very busy Hiway if you are a local in the area give them a try i wish i could pick the place up and move it to Gastonia N.C. And if you are just traveling through the area stop and give them a try i believe you will be glad that you did.

This restaurant has homestyle cooking. It’s very good and they give big portions. Big menu. The ladies there are very nice and attentive. They were busy but we still got our food fast.

I ordered the sausage gravy biscuit breakfast and a side of home fries. The gravy had three (3) tiny bits of sausage in it. It was mostly watery gravy. The wait took a very long time given that this dish isn’t hard to prepare. Not coming back.

Food was quickly delivered that was the only up side. Waiting to get seated, on the check, and everything else was bad.
My table was dirty and there was trash on the floor.
Food wasn’t that great. I have definitely had better tasting and more cost effecient breakfast at places like Waffle House.

Our food tonight was awful!! Got 2 ribeye steaks green beans and was supposed to get a salad!!!! No salads ribeye steaks was cheap and a 60.00 bill!!! No more orders from Parkway house!!!!

This is a little gem! Yup it is a bit quirky in here, only two servers and a cashier/busboy but everyone was smiling and my waitress was awesome. I asked her cheese steak sub or fried chicken…I had the cheese steak sub. It came out hot and tasted very good. Nice local restaurant.

Sunday afternoon lunch and the place was packed. Still seated right away. Excellent, friendly, fast service. I had a Sunday special: Turkey and Dressing dinner with two veggies and a yeast roll. Everything was delicious!!
