The Brick Oven is a pizzeria in Clemmons, NC with an exciting variety of delicious items to choose from. You can start by ordering one of our appetizers or salads and then move on to some wings for your main dish! Whether you’re looking for pizza, pasta, specialty plates – we’ve got it all! The kids’ menu also has something just perfect for picky eaters (or adults!) who want less than what’s being offered as an option. Finish up your meal like any good customer would: order dessert! There are plenty of sweet treats waiting so be sure not to miss out on them while saving room after dinner too because that would be silly 😉 .

This restaurant has been a favorite of my family’s for the past decade. It’s always clean, the food has never disappointed, and, perhaps most importantly, the service is always outstanding. The conversation is always friendly and easygoing, our orders are always accurate and timely, and they’re always patient and accommodating. While we love all the servers we’ve been sat with, we especially appreciate the service Ashley and Drew provide. We love having a place we can bring friends and family knowing everyone will find something they’ll enjoy, and thank the entire Brick Oven crew for their work in keeping this place as enjoyable as it’s been over the years.

We visited your restaurant yesterday to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and unfortunately, the experience with the hostess was extremely disappointing due to her rude and unprofessional behavior.
When we arrived, we informed the hostess that our friends were already inside and asked if we could go look for them. She said yes. We found our group, sat down, and waited for the rest of our party. During this time, no one approached us—there were no menus, no drinks, and no acknowledgment from any server. We waited for about 15 minutes, and although we were talking, we eventually realized that not a single staff member had checked on us.
We tried to make eye contact with several servers, but all of them ignored us. That’s when we began to wonder if something was wrong. My friend, who had been the first to arrive, mentioned that she had also simply walked in and sat down because she thought her brother (the birthday guest) was already at a table. She is visiting from another country and wasn’t aware that your restaurant requires guests to wait to be seated. It was an honest mistake. Considering it was a Monday afternoon with plenty of open tables, we didn’t think it would be an issue.
My husband went to ask the hostess if we could get menus and a server, and her response was shockingly rude. She repeated, in a very condescending tone, that “it is not first come, first serve,” even though we were unaware of what had happened before. She then brought menus and silverware to the table and set them down with clear hostility. Her attitude was completely unnecessary and uncalled for.
She repeated the same phrase to us again—“it is not first come, first serve, just so you know for next time”—and walked away. When my friend tried to explain and acknowledge her mistake, the hostess simply ignored her and continued acting dismissive and disrespectful.
We were honestly shocked. This situation could have been handled so easily with simple communication and professionalism. Had she explained the seating policy calmly, we would have gladly returned to the entrance and waited. Instead, her attitude made us feel extremely uncomfortable and completely ruined the celebration. The birthday guest felt so bad that he did not eat, and the rest of us just tried to make the best of an awkward situation.
We fully understand the policy and acknowledge our mistake, but it does not justify the way we were treated. She assumed everyone knows the rules and failed to consider that not all guests are familiar with local dining customs. It was a harmless misunderstanding, yet she made us feel as if we had done something intentionally wrong.
This level of immaturity and lack of customer service is unacceptable—especially from the person guests interact with first. It reflects poorly on the restaurant and affects the overall experience from the moment people walk in.
We hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no guest should feel unwelcome or disrespected when choosing your establishment.

Dined at 4:30 PM today and had an absolutely phenomenal experience, thanks to our waiter, who was hands-down the best we’ve ever encountered. From the moment we sat down, their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm elevated our meal. They expertly guided us through the pizza and pasta menu, offering spot-on recommendations that made every bite unforgettable. Their seamless service, constant check-ins without being intrusive, and infectious passion for the restaurant’s offerings made us feel truly valued. This level of care is rare and deserves recognition. We’ll be back for the food and, most importantly, for this outstanding waiter!

The food was very good. We ordered a traditional Stromboli and the House special pizza obviously too much for us to eat so we were going to take some back home, not a problem. Everything was very nice but we especially want to say that our server Katie was absolutely wonderful. She’s very very sweet and we will absolutely request her again!

This place was great! We went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. We ordered a large 22″ house pizza, with one side having banana peppers instead of mushrooms. One substitution on the pizza is free. I also wanted some pasta. So I ordered a kids fettuccine Alfredo. It was so good! So good in fact that my husband wanted an order of it too! So when our server came by to check on us, we ordered another one for him. Then our pizza came and it was delicious. The crust was perfect, crispy on the outside but soft inside. A perfect brick oven pizza. The green peppers made it a little juicy, but that was okay. The tea was delicious too. Our server was awesome! She was very helpful and sweet and our drinks never ran out! Even brought more ice. And she remembered I got Unsweet tea, which can sometimes be forgotten. We took all but three pieces we ate there home with us, which will be dinner tonight. Overall, a very good price for the delicious food and excellent service. Bathrooms were nice and clean as well. I highly recommend this place and will make sure to go back any time I have a hankering for pizza and pasta! And make sure when you visit, you check out the mural on the back wall too!

Kaylee was wonderful, the food, okay, but the chef/kitchen staff, HORRIBLE! One dish came out about when you expected, and Kaylee said the rest would start trickling out, the next two we’re at least 10 minutes later, then another 10 minutes or so another came, the last, baked spaghetti, was at least another15 minutes. Each delivery came with an apology from Kaylee which makes me this is common. Kaylee was great, none of the blame is on her. The kitchen staff seems to not know that a table should be served one the same time. Was a Sunday evening and not that busy.

Recently went to this restaurant from Winston-Salem after hearing so much about it. It did not disappoint! Even though it was very busy, the mussels, calamari, Greek salad and pizza were delicious. Beautiful restaurant, friendly staff, and affordable prices. My wife and I will definitely be back!

We live in Boone and have visited here several times. Great experience every time. On our most recent visit, our server Whitney said she had previously been a restaurant manager (at a different restaurant) and her server skills showed it! She was very helpful in menu suggestions.
The restaurant was quite busy, and yet somehow she kept all tables served and drinks filled.
Food is amazing. So many choices. My husband ordered the spaghetti with marinara sauce plus meatballs, and I had the baked ziti. Yum! Great sauces!
We also ordered a pizza to take home for the rest of the family (along with our leftovers!).
Highly recommend eating here.
Vegetarian options are plentiful. Vegan options if selecting the marinara sauce.
Didn’t try any of the beers today since it was a little early in the day

I’ve never sat in to dine, always get food to-go but the service is always prompt and friendly when picking up despite how packed it gets. They have hands down the best Strombolis homemade ranch, and marinara sauce.I could eat like three ramekins of that stuff! Also got the buffalo wings which are really good too. Last time I went I decided to try the pizza for the first time and this has to be one of the best pizzas I’ve had in the area.
