Our family ordered two 9 piece combos and received an entire box of wings. We attempted to contact the general manager regarding the wings only and they refused to fix the situation. Clearly, the restaurant was trying to clear their excess inventory of the pieces from the wings people don’t request-so if you order from here, I’d highly recommend not adding a “mix” because they will take advantage.
They charge more for thighs, drumsticks, and breasts à la carte and you’re not getting your moneys worth if they’re filling up your combos with the wings. This was supposed to feed 6 to 8 people and with an entire box of wings ,it was not enough. The general manager demanded a receipt and my credit card statements, and still refused to rectify the issue after providing the info. We will not come back and the GM was very unprofessional

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION – Based on other reviews, the owner doesn’t care because they continue to apologize for the lack of service, poor hospitality, poor food quality and order mess ups but doesn’t offer any solutions. It’s the same staff so it shows the owner is only about profit and has no sense of what it takes to run a business that focuses on providing excellent customer service. Very shameful and we should stop supporting greedy business that put profit over people.
Walked in to dine and the guy and girl were busy talking, no greeting us, hurried to take order so they could continue their conversation. They forgot to give us sauce and biscuits. No apologies for their mess ups. Most horrible experience and I will not return to this location

I am not normally one to leave a review but my husband and I had quite the negative experience.
First, they were out of sprite— no biggie. We replaced with lemonade. My cup was half empty when I opened it since they forgot our straws… I wish I was kidding.
I also ordered Mac and cheese, which as you can see looks like it’s already been chewed and spit back into the cup.
The biscuits were very hard. Obviously this is fast food so it’s not going to be a 3 star quality, but it was actually surprising to receive such poor quality items.
Lastly, the service wasn’t great. The employee seemed careless, which was reflected into our order. I am pregnant, so receiving this Mac n cheese (which I didn’t eat, obviously) not only felt like an oversight but could genuinely be a health hazard.
The service is never great here, but their complete oversight with our food today was incredibly disappointing.

*** Worst Popeye’s location *** No hospitality and unprofessional **** The guy that took our order had no common courtesy and was very rude. Dined in and was given a bag that filled to the top with our food and it busted and food fell on floor. Girl at counter knew it was fine in so not sure why she bagged it… They forgot utensils and sauce so had to get up for that. Forgot biscuits so had to get up for that. The dining area was not cleaned. We could hear the employees cussing and talking about their outside activities. Very disappointing in the management of this location because they obviously lack customer service, hospitality and business etiquette. Owner should find a more diverse pull of employees and restructure this locations focus towards hospitality and stellar customer service.

The manger is absolutely rude, immature and unprofessional… he can’t comprehend that regardless of making an order fresh he still messed it up… continuously hung up on me and my partner after trying to have a civil conversation about his mistake and all he wanted was to be right… I would NEVER recommend coming to this popeyes just got to the location on 84th ave they do it better with amazing managers and customer services. He claims to be the only manger available and present constantly and that there is no direct contact to his supervisor.

The last two times I went, they took 2 Spanish speaking peoples orders and served up their food before getting our mobile order, despite the fact we got there first and had already ordered our food and payed for it. This last time they went behind the counter to give the Spanish speaking people fresh chicken, while giving us (white people) the colder chicken afterwards. So we basically had to wait 10 minutes for cold food. So we’re done with this location. The food wasn’t bad, but I could have done without the not so subtle racism.

I went through the drive thru at this location. I ordered a four piece meal, 14 dollars. I got home and the biscuit was a cold hockey puck, the chicken old and dry. One piece was a mystery Wand mostly breading. I refused the receipt when I went through the drive thru so I didn’t have one, my bad choice. I went to the location the next day and explained my problem with what I received. Without a receipt I was told I would get nothing. They obviously keep and serve old chicken, maybe from the day before. Also I couldn’t understand the person I was trying to place my order with and had to repeat myself over and over! I’ll never go back to this location.

We never eat popeyes because the prices are kinda pricey. We had ordered two meals of three piece chicken. Had one small piece of chicken that I guess was counted as one piece of chicken.
Also, asked for honey mustard sauce and got two bbq sauces. When we asked for honey mustard he said its 50 cents extra. Never got our honey mustard sauce for dipping.
Dude working the window was very rude and shut the window in our face. Didn’t give good customer service what so ever.

I have been to this location a few times, never had a reason to review them until now. While the service was great and the food came out quick, THEY FORGOT MY ONION RINGS! I should have checked the bag, but instead I drove for an hour before discovering that they left it out of my order. I was charged for onion rings, and the cashier repeated my order to me. Not really sure how they could have missed it since I was the third car (of three) in line.
Regarding what I did receive -food was hot, tasted normal, and reasonably portioned. The drumsticks were a little small, but everything else looks fine.
