***Edit, did you even read my review?!? I contacted corporate first thing. I don’t need you to send me a new link to something I already filled out the day of!***
I picked up dinner for my three children, along with three Shamrock Shakes. While driving home, one of my children began coughing and said it felt like there was something solid in the shake. I asked them to stop drinking it until we got home.
Once home, I immediately noticed a blue chunk floating in the ice cream portion of one shake. I removed it with a straw and discovered it was a large piece of blue plastic. Upon further inspection, I found additional plastic fragments floating in all three shakes.
Having worked in the food service industry years ago, I contacted the restaurant right away to inform a manager. Unfortunately, the manager I spoke with was extremely rude, refused to provide his name, and stated that it was “not his problem,” insisting there was no way plastic could have gotten into the shakes. I explained that this could be a manufacturer issue and encouraged him to report it, as it could affect other customers. He then stated that multiple people had already called to report blue plastic in their Shamrock Shakes and that there was nothing he could do.
I contacted corporate, who forwarded my concern to the owners. The owners never contacted me directly; instead, an administrative assistant reached out offering three dessert coupons and requesting photos or videos.
What concerns me most is not the compensation, but whether this issue was properly addressed at the local or manufacturing level. If this is a production issue, it poses a serious safety risk. I feel fortunate that one of my children did not choke, but I am deeply concerned that plastic may have been ingested and that there has been no clear explanation of where this plastic came from or how the issue was resolved.

They got our order wrong 2 times I asked for no onion only ketchup on my cheeseburger really easy and then I got onions. The second time I got pickles then the third time it tasted like onion and pickle, but they just squirted more ketchup to make it seem like there was nothing on there and they’re very obnoxious and they keep yelling and screaming and blasting music. They do have a play place but just don’t think this is the best place. And my fries where under cooked

It’s simple. Make sure the order matches the receipt before you bag it up and give it to the customer.

The guy handing out food at the second drive thru window around 11:45am on 2/9 needs a little more customer service experience.
Why as a paying customer am I the only one speaking? He handed me my drink and I said “thank you!” Then handed me my food and I said thank you again. He did not smile or even acknowledge a paying customers presence….
First guy handed me my receipt and doesn’t say anything either.
When I worked in food service you say “hi, here’s your receipt. Have a nice day!” etc.
And no sauce in the bag! This place is ridiculous.

My son asked me to have a birthday party at McDonald’s. I was unsure about how parties are done at McDonald’s so I called and spoke to an employee. I let her know that I was planning on hosting a party in the play area on November 2nd. She stated that is fine and that they don’t take reservations. It is first come first serve. She said that we can order on the app, kiosk, or at the counter and ended the phone call. They party started off good but each interaction we had with an employee was negative. I payed for drinks separately at the counter and casually mentioned the gathering of people in the play area. She was extremely unfriendly and didn’t say a word to me. We ordered our food on the app and had it be delivered to our table. As the employee was giving us our food she thought it was appropriate to mention in front of our guests that she should have been made aware that there was a group of people coming today. Before we left that same employee had a conversation with my husband and again was trying to scold him for not telling them we were having a party. He explained to her that I did call in advance to let them know and instead of apologizing for how she acted, she stated “oh, management must not tell us everything”. We spent over $100 on food and had the worst customer service. This location needs a friendly reminder on customer service and effective communication for larger gatherings of people.

The Monopoly game is supposed to be going on through November 2nd but they decided to stop early on October 27th. I wish I would have known that before placing my order. I thought it would be a fun thing to do again cause I haven’t had a monopoly at McDonald’s since I was a kid. But apparently I can’t win those prizes because they decided to end 6 days early at this location. The lady I called just to ask about the prizes had a horrible attitude when asked a simple question. This location is trash.

Sat in the drive thru line for 15min. Was waiting to pay with my window down and the kid at the register was dancing around acting like I wasn’t there. We will NOT be visiting this location again. What happened to work ethic?

This is the WORST location. We go to it often as it’s our most convenient location. The quality is often horrible, one morning we got McMuffins and the bread was so stale it was hard and my children were unable to eat it. We called and complained and they did apologize and offered to send us coupons. Three weeks later we are still without promised coupons. The fries are often under done and raw. They often forget our sauce packets we PAY for. Today we decided to risk it for a quick lunch and we got a large fry and medium fry. The large fry almost had less than the medium fry container and we also had to finish cooking them in the air fryer. My husband ordered a burger with cheese and onion only which the special tag on the box stated but still had everything on it.
I know things happen , I myself worked in fast food and can commiserate. But this is literally 90% of our experiences here. Don’t go here

Ordered a plain cheeseburger and it wasn’t plain. I totally understand those kind of mistakes but not when it’s been the same mistake 3 out of 5x’s. The Andover McDonald’s is more expensive than the surrounding ones and they make the most mistakes (in my opinion and experience).

I saw three different employees using their phones and not wash their hands afterwards in plain view of the counter. Kinda gross considering how dirty and nasty phones are.
