The soda machine was broken and they made me wait 20 minutes, parked to the side before I came in to get the drinks myself!!! Spoke to GLENDA the manager! And she seemed very unbothered by the whole situation!!! After all that wait and COLD FOOD I had to return because my burger was missing the patty !!! When one of the workers was told to fix it , they started LAUGHING !! like messing with peoples food is funny!!! Meanwhile Glenda “THE MANAGER” was still there looking as lost as she wanted!! Like FIFTEEN PEOPLE WORKING and the place was a mess!!! Check your food before you leave !! Otherwise you are guaranteed a trip back!!!! ….. dear owner check your cameras !!!

I used to think this was one of the better McDonalds. In the last year or so, I have purchased food there twice and almost immediately after eating it I got really bad pains in my stomach and had to be rushed home to use the bathroom. The first time I chalked it up to maybe something random… but the 2nd time I just knew it wasn’t me. So I never ordered food from this location again. I didn’t run and write a review either. Sorry
So today I was doing food deliveries and I went to this location to pick up an order. I walked in and a woman who appeared perhaps to be the manager… she was probably in her early 50s and not that tall.. was screaming and yelling at a man who appeared to be trying to order something and he was just standing and looking at her. I asked what was going on and he said that he came to pick up a delivery order and she asked him to complete the order… and he told her that he was waiting for the order of cookies he was getting and then he will complete it. And she went into a rage.
I honestly thought something drastic had happened Then the woman climbed up on one of the counters where they prepare the food , WITH HER SHOES ON and started scrolling through the delivery monitor.
I saw the man she was yelling at in the parking lot and he told me that she gave his account bad reviews and he hadn’t even done anything wrong other than waiting for an order of cookies. It is so sad that these days people are sooo mean and nasty and miserable that it is an exception when you walk into one of these places and the people are nice to you.
I have seen a few nice people in this location. I think sometimes a language barrier causes confusion. But this woman , manager? was speaking LOUD and clear English .. I don’t want to go back here

This McDonald’s has plenty of parking, which makes it super convenient. Right at the entrance, there’s a self-check-in station for quick and easy order pickup. Once inside, the pickup counter is right by the door, saving you time. If you prefer dining in, the seating area is very spacious, so you won’t feel cramped even during busy hours. Of course, there’s also a drive-thru for added convenience.

I was here with my children and there were two girls one with curly light brown hair and the other had pink and the owner does not treat them with respect, these girls and they are always trying their best, and get forced to go multiple peoples jobs as just a one person so you’d think they’d atleast be treated with respect. This whole situation brought down the atmosphere and made it feel bad, then to overhear reusing 6 pieces for 4 pieces instead of getting fresh one was just the cherry to the pie.

Went in this location to purchased some chicken nuggets and fries and upon entering I wanted to wash my hands. A lady named Maria or Marie was going to clean the bathroom so I said I need to go in to wash my hands. She said no and entered and closed the door. I waited 5 minutes and she came out and then I was trying to get in and she said no again and slammed the door. I said lady, I am a customer and how are you telling me I can’t enter the bathroom. She didn’t answer. I then went to a manager whom also, said her name was Maria. I told her what happened and she went to the lady and the lady told her she has bleach on the toilet but I said, I simply wanted to wash my hands. The cleaning lady was extremely rude and really seemed to be a bit racist. Every person that works in that location is of Hispanic race. Seems a bit crazy to not have another other race in an entire restaurant. I felt super uncomfortable and will never go to that location again! Also, the food was cold and horrible.

This place always disappoints. 8 times out of 10, the food is cold. 8 times out of 10, they’ve made me wait on the side for part of my order. 8 times out of 10, managers have a bad attitude. One time one of the managers even cursed at me and closed the drive through window on me because she wanted me to move without me checking my order to make sure it was correct before I drove off. And no, I wasnt taking my time, I just needed to make sure my order was right because I’ve had issues withe them getting my order wrong on previous occasions. I went there not too long ago after not going for a long time because it is the closest to my house, I waited for 25 minutes in the drive through at 3am after coming home from work, with only 1 other customer in line with me. That was a reminder of why I dont go to this McDonald’s. I rated ig 1 star because there’s no 0 star option.

Got an uber eats order and the happy metal was missing. Ordered the mc chickens without mayo or lettuce and all of the had mayo and lettuce. How hard is to get an order right? This place always miss items or mess the orders.

Went thru the drive thru, ordered, coffee,and oatmeal with fruit. Upon receiving the items I verified with the employee whether the oatmeal and fruit were in the bag, the young man assured me that they were. When I got to my destination, in the bag was pancake syrup with butter, and a knife and fork.

Absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order through the McDonald’s app, drove all the way there, and the store was closed. No sign, no warning, nothing. The staff refused to refund me and told me to call customer service. Then customer service insisted the store had to issue the refund. I was bounced back and forth with zero accountability from either side.
This is ridiculous—how can a company this big not handle a basic refund for an order I never even received? Total waste of time and money. Fix your system and stop making customers pay for your mistakes.
