On December 19, I ordered a burger from this McDonald’s location and while eating it, I bit into an expiration/food-prep sticker that was physically inside the burger. Not on the wrapper. Not stuck to the outside. Inside the food. In my mouth.
This is not a minor mistake. This is a serious food safety failure. Stickers are not food-safe, contain adhesive and ink, and should never come into contact with prepared food. The fact that this made it into a finished sandwich tells me there is a complete breakdown in basic food-handling procedures at this location.
To make matters worse, the pickles on the burger were mere hours from expiration, which only reinforces concerns about how food is being handled and monitored here.
I immediately contacted McDonald’s corporate with photo evidence. (Today is Jan 9th mind you) I was given a case number and then received zero follow-up. No call. No email. No apology. Nothing. That lack of response is just as unacceptable as the incident itself.
I don’t write one-star reviews lightly, but this goes beyond inconvenience or poor service. This is a health code issue. A customer should never have to worry about foreign objects ending up in their food, especially something as obvious and preventable as a prep sticker.
Until this location can demonstrate that it takes food safety seriously and corporate can be bothered to respond to documented contamination issues, I cannot recommend eating here.

Only reason I am giving a one star is because of the cream pies every time I go here. The pies are BURNT!! I don’t Understand why since they have a timer.
The atmosphere the service is great the people that work there are good just the pies is my only issue.

I don’t know why everything I order from this McDonald’s on Golf Rd. it takes so long in the drive thur. I waited 3 min. to pay for my order. Sure it was 5:30 on a Friday. The kid was having a problem and no one was coming to help him. I had to leave because I had to be at work at 6. I was able to drive to the Wendy’s on Higgins and get my order in like 2 min. I’m mad because I wanted McDonald’s!

The large fry is more like a medium because the box is ALWAYS half empty. If you have a complaint they do resolve it pretty quickly. Food and fries are always hot, not like they’ve been sitting there. If going inside to order, be prepared to use the kiosk. Clerks only help if you’re paying cash and even then, you will be ignored while they prepare the other orders so be prepared to wait. It would be quicker to use the drive thru. Prices are way too high for McDonald’s you’d get a better value for similar food at Wendy’s or Chick fi la. Overall, this us my go to McDonald’s.

Food is always good here, but the service today was terrible. I placed my order before entering the restaurant, sat down, and waited for my name to be called, but when my food was ready the employee gave it to the wrong person even though my name and number were clearly on it. I then had to wait another five minutes for them to remake it, and when I asked about the mistake, the employee insisted my order was in the drive-thru, which made no sense. Later, I returned to order a large mocha frappe and had to wait about ten minutes for that as well, and any time you ask for something simple like sauce, the employees just look at you and then look away, completely ignoring you.

The crew of this location is unbelievably slow. Their pace is like stroll in the park while people are waiting. No urgency what so ever. They chat with each other and slow walk of every step. There is hardly anybody in the line but I have to wait for 10 minutes for a cup of ice coffee. It happened every time I visit this place recently. The management needs to remind the crew, McDonald is famous for its speed, and this place is the opposite.

Disgusting and broken. I ordered and ate in store. It was cold by the time I sat down. Chicken patty smaller than the bun. Took a couple tries to find a seat because they don’t wipe down their tables. Both ketchup dispensers empty. Beverage area was disgusting. Spilled soda, nothing wiped down. Half of the machine didn’t dispense soda/ice, the other half dispensed watered down soda. And when I finished dispensing, it still kept flowing on its own. Maybe it’s watered down because their machine keeps pouring it down the drain. Didn’t even bother to refill my drink before I left because it’s nothing more than glorified sparkling water. Waste of money and time. Will not be going back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. I placed a mobile order and specifically requested two fresh apple pies. When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed that the apple pies had a date and time sticker indicating they should no longer be served after 2:40 PM. I informed the employee at the drive-thru that I wanted fresh pies and was willing to wait the 15 minutes.
Despite my clear request, the same employee came out after 15 minutes with the same pies and had removed the stickers from the boxes. This was very concerning, as it seemed like an attempt to pass off old pies as fresh. I called the location immediately, and another worker suggested I come back the next day for fresh pies.
I requested a refund, as this level of customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it to others. Please address this issue to ensure that other customers do not have a similar experience.

I absolutely love this McDonald’s .The 2 guys in the drive thru always smile and are extremely courteous towards everyone. They make sure your order is always made correctly. 5 stars from me! They are the reason I drive a few extra miles to this particular McDonald’s
