I asked for henny vsop didnt have it.
Glen didn’t have it. But it was on the shelf.
My Pina colds was 12. But watered down. But yes my henny drink was 8. Just DISAPPOINTED in because I came on vacation and all they had was beer. Probably return but just drink beer.
The menu includes a fair selection of entrees, all priced very reasonably. I decided to try a classic – the Cuban sandwich with a side of sweet plantains. To drink, I got a Malta. The food arrived in 5-10 minutes and was pretty good. The ingredients were fresh, the pork and ham were hearty, the pickles, cheese and mustard were tasty. The plantains arrived very hot and, while not as crispy as I prefer, were great.
The overall environment can be described as busy but inviting. Small groups of people were seated enjoying their meals while the bar area contained a few men laughing over swapped stories. This place is very roomy, containing many tables, making it suitable for large parties. As a side note, the bathroom is kept quite clean. If you’re looking for a hot plate of rice and beans, stop by and enjoy.
Had the shrimp mofongo & red snapper.
They don’t mix the shrimp & plantains here- cooked separately. Still tasty.
Nice size fish- really enjoyed.
Updated: Wife had the beef stew, I had the red snapper.
No one leaves hungry.
Back Again. Had the Pollo Guiso, tasty, light on the chicken.
Wife had the Pernil with Maduros. She enjoyed it. The Maduros too soft.
Neighborhood atmosphere.
Never disappoints.
Good service.
