We had a wonderful meal outside on their patio. The burgers, tator tots, fried pickles were excellent. I even had a side salad that was good. They seemed a bit short staffed. There is a parking lot in the back.

I do take out orders from here. The burgers are great, the sides are great, the wings are great.
The place does seem extra loud from what looks like a normal guest size. I think the locations acoustic design, or lack thereof, amplifies the volume of normal conversations. Expect to pay around 25+ per person for burger side and drink.
The staff is always welcoming and helpful.

My girlfriend and I were in for her Mother’s Day celebration. We ordered right away and received great service from being seated and throughout leaving. Parking was good. We went on Sunday. We were given water and our ordered drinks and our waitress earned all of her $25 tip. Even if she did a bad job she would have received at least a $15 tip. She was polite, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and fast. All that you would want from a restaurant staff to offer you on your visit.. BLUE DOOR PUB has it. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed. We ordered Buffalo Bone in Wings and Totchos. Beyond delicious food. Thank you BLUE DOOR.

First time here and we loved it. The burgers were awesome, cooked just right with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, etc. The fries were solid too. I’m not big on cheese, so I passed on the blucy, but I liked the variety on their menu. Our waiter was friendly and efficient and the vibe of the place was great. We’ll be back sometime soon.

Honestly I love all of the Blue Door locations. Whenever anyone suggests it I’m down to go.
I believe this was my first visit to this location. It was the same atmosphere as the others. Typical bar vibe.
The food is great like all the others. I will always live and die by the Jiffy Burger, but honestly any of their “Blucy’s” are great. Wings are good too. One of my favorite sides are the green bean fries with ranch.
Service was great as well. We were served promptly by a friendly server, answered all the questions we had and kept the drinks refilled.
All in all great location, with their typically great service and food that can be found at all the city Blue Door locations.

Always enjoy a trip to the Blue Door, hadn’t been to this location for several years. Good to see this area near the U of M is thriving. We had a cheeseburger, a horseradish bluesy burger, and fries. The fries were ample for two – done perfectly. Both burgers were well prepared. I really liked combination of blue cheese and horseradish sauce. Definitely recommend. Setting is more college bar – which was good for us.

Definitely the best Juicy Lucy in town! The sandwiches are really tasty and juicy. The staff are super nice and checked on us frequently. They used a good level of technology, so we were able to pay by card, unlike some places! Overall, loved it!

Incredible burgers that I think about often on a weekly basis. Can always count on the team at Blue Door Pub to get it right. Service is good, not above and beyond.
Saylor & I recommend the Cease and Desist for a dreamy classic elevated burger, or the Mount Blucuvious if you’d like to be blown away. Team Blucy!

Decided to do a pick up after work. Online order was easy and ready in about 25 minutes.
Has its own parking and nice atmosphere, music not to loud and food wasn’t bad.
Got the Blucy with mayo and lettuce for $11.25 and decent taste. Lot of nice melted cheese inside the burger.
I also got the 10 piece chicken which was a little disappointing, on the dry side and barely any meat for $9.95, wasn’t really worth it to me. Overall wasn’t bad experience. Would recommend the Blucy.

Ordering is on your phone. It’s pretty easy and self explanatory but I have a few suggestions. First of all, I couldn’t find anywhere to add extra sauce on the side with my wings. I always need extra sauce no matter where I’m at. I eventually found a whole “sauces” category on their menu but it wasn’t until after I’d eaten all my food and was looking for dessert…. Which they don’t have any of, btw. I suggest adding an “extra sauce” option in the actual order menu of the food item. I also suggest just adding an “additional notes” section at the bottom of each order where I can request a swap or special request I may not see on your menu. For example, the other issue I ran into was that when ordering the chicken sandwich I had, it comes with bread and butter pickles, which you can remove…. But there was no option for me to then add regular dill pickles, extra aoli it comes with (which i also needed), etc.
All that being said, it was solid bar food. I got the hot mother clucker (spicy chicken sandwich) with fries and strawbanero wings as an appetizer. Wings were fine. I feel like Buffalo would have been my preference. Needed more sauce but but husband liked them as is. Chicken sandwich was fine as well. I feel like a Blucy would have been the better option.
Fries were meh. Not crispy at all and desperately needed salt.
I’m not itching to go back but I’ve heard people rave about it so maybe you just gotta order the right thing. ♀️
