I’ve been to this Chipotle location about a handful of times, and the experience has been consistently good.
The food quality is reliable, and the portion sizes are solid. I visited this location the day after going to the Chipotle at 1081 Pine Plaza Dr in Apex, and the difference was noticeable—this Cary location had better portions and got my order right, while the Apex location had smaller portions and missed an item on my bowl.
Customer service here has also been consistently good. The line can get very long depending on the time of day. The location shares a parking lot with several other businesses, so parking can be difficult at times. The parking lot area directly in front of the building wasn’t very clean during my visit.
I’ve also noticed some vehicles in the lot with NCDOT-issued personalized North Carolina tags, which can make the parking area feel a bit sketchy at times.
Overall, this is a dependable Chipotle location with good food and service—just be prepared for crowds and parking challenges.

Don’t come to this chipotle. We all got kid meals I was by myself they didn’t charge me for my extra side of cheese i got protein, rice and peppers. My friend and her husband got chicken in their quesadilla kids meal and a side of chicken they were both charged $5 for their extra protein on top of the $6 kids meal. We have done this before without them charging extra for a 1/3 of a scoop she informed him of this at other chipotle without charge the manager said that’s “their problem.”

Amai if I’m spelling her name correctly has horrible service. She asked the man that made my one taco if I had double meat but I only got 1 scoop. Apparently it looked like it was 2 or double to her but she wasn’t even the one ringing me up or at the register so she shouldn’t have asked anything. After hearing her the guy takes more than half of my REGULAR portion off. Then she says she doesn’t know why he did that since she “just asked a question “. In the end I pay for a taco with basically a forth or barely any protein on it. Horrible service!

Well. They only have 1 toilet in each right so it should be easy enough to keep clean. This could not of happened with one person either this is just an unclean bathroom at 2 pm in the day. So I’m sure it wasn’t clean from yesterday. They need a clean , check and sign system where the person signs off their name and time they cleaned it each time.
The vegetables needed up being bad and smelled off.

I’m so disappointed in my service here today. I wanted carne asada but it was extremely crispy and old by the way it looked. The team
Member went to throw out the bowl and I advised I will just take that and the fresh carne asada and she said it was okay she will give me both and when the fresh meat comes out another team member comes and puts like 3 strips in my bowl and on top of that even after the meat was cut the cleared the entire line before finishing my bowl. I’m so disappointed in my service today and it’s not about the extra food it’s about the service received after waiting for the line to clear.

I used to love going here, it’s nearby & staff were nice. I hadn’t been in a while, had a free queso & rewards for chips, so my mom & I went for some takeout around 9pm. I’ve never felt so rushed down the line. There were only a couple people ahead of & behind us. When we got to the end I asked for the side & some chips. They bagged up our food & the cashier asked, anything else? I looked at the bag & said no thank you. I told her I wanted to use rewards, I then scanned my phone & she said the total to me a second time. I inserted the card & then she barked “wait you got chips?!” I said yes, we did. As if me & my 77 yo mom were out here trying to steal some chips or I was supposed to know they weren’t on the check. Her attitude & disrespect were totally uncalled for. I tried to relay this feedback using the survey code but it cuts you off after a few sentences.
I certainly don’t need to pay $ to be treated like that. We’ll be staying away for a while.

Today, I visited the restaurant with my daughter for lunch. While the establishment is generally pleasant, the quality of their food has been declining recently. The food is often served like if It is for pigs.
My daughter requested guacamole, that appeared to be slightly discolored. I refrained from making any comments, and we were only able to retrieve the guacamole from the bowl when we left the restaurant. Despite this, I still paid for it, as I am aware that it is an additional charge. Upon inspection, I discovered a hard piece of avocado in the guacamole, which resembled a ripe avocado but was significantly harder not sure what it was tho.
Unfortunately, my daughter did not consume any of the avocado, and I believe that the restaurant has the potential to improve its food quality.

I had a terrible experience at this specific Chipotle. My husband and I usually get kids meals when we’re not that hungry but still need a little something for dinner. We ordered our cheese quesadilla kids meals like we usually do with chicken and cheese in the quesadilla, plus 3 sides (one of which was another protein, however this is supposedly included at every other chipotle except this one). The girl who was taking my order told me that “it would cost a little bit extra” to add the meat in the quesadilla, however I didn’t think to ask how much since she said “a little bit.” Had I asked I wouldn’t have ordered it, considering the $5.35 extra for barely half a scoop of chicken in a tiny quesadilla is outrageous. Even though this has never happened before, had they charged me an extra $1/1.50 for the 1/2 scoop, it would have been fine. But, $5.35 for that is pure greed. Times that by 2, and I could have gotten a normal sized bowl with a normal amount of meat. When I approached the manager about it (a kid at the register), he told me that if other chipotles aren’t charging me, then it’s “their problem.” How professional! I will not be returning to this Chipotle again. Enter at your own risk!

Chipotle is a dying brand. Every Chipotle I’ve been to in Wake County has poor service & this one is no different. Walked in, no one waiting in line. Guy from the back put some new chicken out looked right at me didn’t speak and 3 other workers were all at the register helping 1 person only. Very sad. High prices, poor service. Can’t be a model that lasts very long

Customer service was good. I ordered a Chicken Bowl the chicken was overcooked and too much seasoning. For those who have diet restrictions such us gluten free, celiac friendly, or vegans Chipotle usually is a good place for a quick meal on the go.
