Tried for the first time the BBQ dinner buffet. Got to try all types of beef, chicken and fish (salmon, shrimp). Sides had fruits cantaloupe, oranges, kimchi, radish, fries, radish etc… and can make your own sauces (recommend doing this).
They change the grill after few meats or whenever u want it, service is awesome!
If it’s your BIRTHDAY you get a FREE dinner, just have to show your id, 3 days +/- the day of birthday is fine you still qualify.
All Beef and chicken are halal as per restaurant.

Great selection of ingredients. They make their own kimchi in house It was crunchy and fresh spicy and everything that it should have been. We were very pleased with our visit The only complaint we have is that it was a little bit chilly but I understand the need to run the air conditioning with all of the hot pots and barbecue grills running. It was all together a very pleasant experience. We also had the pleasure of breaking in a new waitress by the name of Elaine. She was very sweet and very helpful.

KPOT is not bad. They also have a small salad bar and snack buffet. My kids basically ate the snack buffet only. There’s a variety of meat selections, from flavor to unflavored. Ordering meats are easy since it’s all done thru the iPad on the table.
I do wish they have better ventilation because it did get a little hard to breathe as there is a lot of grill going. The vents are up pretty close to the ceiling and you can see grease starting to hang on the vent systems as if it’ll drip down.
Service and atmosphere was good.

Utterly Disgusting. This was genuinely one of the most disgusting and frustrating restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. We were here for what was supposed to be a birthday dinner, and my boyfriend unknowingly took a bite of an orange from the self-serve area that had an insect larva inside it. We have photos, and the orange literally had a visible hole on the outside. When we talked to the manager on duty, Kim, it didn’t even feel like we were being treated as customers. It felt like we were being given a rundown of company issues and fruit suppliers, like we were part of the staff or something. I honestly did not care about any of that, all I cared about was the fact that there was a maggot in the food and that my boyfriend had already taken a bite before realizing something was wrong and spitting it out. She kept insisting it wasn’t the restaurant’s fault and said there was “no way to tell,” even while looking directly at the hole in the orange. She took a very half-hearted picture of it and seemed far more focused on deflecting blame than actually taking the situation seriously. My boyfriend asked if this kind of thing happens often, and she said “yes,” which was honestly alarming. We were then offered a 10% discount. That was it. No real apology, no concern, no accountability. As we were leaving, she asked if we wanted ice cream, which felt extremely inappropriate after what had just happened. I have never in my life seen a bug inside fruit at home or at any restaurant. I don’t care if it’s self-serve or all-you-can-eat, once food is in your restaurant and being offered to customers, it’s your responsibility to inspect it. This completely ruined what should have been a special night. I will never be coming back.

Had a great experience at this hotpot place! The food was fresh, flavorful, and really satisfying—everything from the broth to the ingredients was well prepared and delicious. What made the experience even better was the service. Sarah took amazing care of us, checking in often, making sure we had everything we needed, and creating a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Overall, great food and excellent service. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Our server Kosta was so nice and sweet! He was extremely personable and we would love to have him as our server again. The food was fantastic as well, the broths were very flavorful and the sauce bar had many options. The restaurant is spacious, tho dimly lit. A guest at our table wished the lighting was a little brighter but this is so minor and does not detract from the overall experience. We came here on a friend’s recommendation and we would absolutely come back again!

I absolutely LOVED this place. The food was amazing, you could tell everything was fresh and the quality was great as well. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was great as well. It felt very welcoming and warm and I am definitely going back. Also the prices were also reasonable for all you can eat hotpot and bbq. 10/10 for me

There are two options, broth – you get a metal bowl n boil it on your table and pick out and add what you want to it, and grill, you pick out what you want to grill at your table and they bring it out to you, perfect size portions. You can keep ordering as many times as you want, it’s an all you can eat. For someone that doesn’t eat much it’s a lil pricey, but the food is very good, as long as you don’t burn what you’re grilling. Your grilling or broiling yourself at your table. The service is great. They have two different prices for weekdays, but it’s a dinner price all day on weekends. Very nice and clean, staff was very nice. Will be back. Gets pretty crowded here

Our server was Freddie(I believe), he was awesome. Attentive and helpful, but not in your face.
I could have just had the soup and that would have been enough for me. The hot pot is huge! The options seemed infinite. I look forward to going back!
That being said, the ladies room needed some major tidying up! Not sure if they were short staffed or what (we went July 15th late afternoon). Hopefully the next visit, this is not an issue.

Our server, Nathan was great! Hot Pot broths were flavorful, vegetables were fresh, and meat selections were great. Grill was replaced multiple times. We didn’t feel rushed and were allowed to enjoy our meal. I had to stop myself otherwise I would have struggled leaving!
