How do you mess up plain wings so they messed up the plain wings had to wait another 35 minutes after 45 no biggie stuff happens by the time I got home all the food that sat was cold and dried out The wings were the only thing that was good and they tasted like fish the hatch chili burger had a half pound of peppers and I spent 110$ didn’t even finish the burger and the other one had soggy bread my first time at this location, we normally go to the one on Central and we love it this place. I enjoy going to Buffalo wild wings. The wings have gotten smaller is the only drawback. I really like the atmosphere and all the different sports TV programs they have on. Any sports you can think of. You can always ask them to change the channel if there’s something special you want to look at. The people are usually very friendly and accommodating. The french fries are very good. I get my sauces on the side and try three or four different ones. Right now through Christmas you can buy a $50 gift card and get a free $10 gift card. I get about $200 every year in gift cards. It is a pretty good deal.

We were told a 5 min wait, waited closer to 20 mins, not a huge deal. Then we waited a decent length of time for our food for everything to come out cold. Not even room temp but actually COLD lol. Not one refill, not one time were we even asked about how our food was or anything.

My son and I went for lunch one Sunday. Service was great, there were alot of people coming in the same time as us. All size groups we were seated fairly fast. We did the pick 6 deal. My son got wings i got a burger. I ate half the burger and felt sick. I had to run to the restroom to puke it up. I didn’t mention it to my server. I just asked for the check and left. My son had no complaints with his wings. I would probably never order a burger from there again. To be honest they may be my last choice for wings because of that. ♀️

This place is a disaster. With a group and after ordering 30 minutes ago was told it’s 40 more minutes…Saturday night and it’s not very crowded.
Secondly, was told “you can’t order that” when I tried to order two pieces of grilled chicken.
Honestly this place just is a mess anymore.
If you want more detail it’s Saturday 2/21 8:23pm and I’m literally door dashing food from another restaurant to Buffalo Wild Wings I got my food and am eating it before the rest of my party for their food from bw’s. This place needs a total redo.

Not sure where to begin. I imagine they are short staffed…at least I hope. We were told at check in it was a 15 mn wait for a table and a 45mn for food. Soooo ok we were in no rush. The restaurant was filthy, many open tables but they were alllll dirty. So we sat at the bar and no better. Just as dirty, slow service and then my wings were very luke warm along with my potato wedges… some cold. The sauce for my wings were just plopped in my bowl. Just overall bad. My hubby’s Philly cheese steak sub was bite size!! Or maybe a kids menu portion? Nothing like the menu picture. Sorry bdubs but not going back. I’m glad you have regulars.

We didn’t get out drinks when being seated 30-40 minutes after being seated we got them, we didn’t get out food til a whole hour and a half after ordering and they messed our order up and gave us our appetizer last and they proceeded to give us the wrong order with wedges when we ordered fries. Also the workers serving us had a bad attitude and were not helping the situation. They never offered us refills and when we got our food it was lukewarm and wasn’t fresh.

Waitresses were not prepared, granted it was not during dinner rush but that’s no excuse. We had to wait a long time just for the waitresses to find menus for us. We asked for ranch on our wrap and it wasn’t on the entire wrap, just on one specific spot. We were not offered boxes for our meal and when attempting to wave someone down for one, they made eye contact with me and went the other direction. Overall very poor experience…

Wings were good but a little small. Service at this place was sub-par. Seems to be the common denominator at most BWW’s. We ordered drinks, appetizers and menu items. Drinks took 15 minutes with a bartender who was not very busy. Appetizers arrived with no napkins or small plates. The server “Nena” was too busy talking with the other servers and didn’t bother to check with us very often. Again this is the typical service at most BWW’s and they really don’t seem to care.

LOVE the girl cashier NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB. If you don’t like customer service go work somewhere else!! I called in on new year for an order and a drink and got charged for a drink when we came to pick up she’s denying we got charged and we have a drink. ACTING SO RUDE AND APPARENTLY THEY ARE RUDE AND THINK ITS OKAY TO ACT LIKE THAT BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN BUSY. 8 months pregnant and all I wanted was that damn lemonade but I won’t ever come back to this location the buffalo wilds on central are way nicer. I won’t support a restaurant that think it’s okay to treat customers shady on a holiday. If your so miserable that it’s busy find another job.
