I’d give this location 5 stars simply because they were open when I needed a bite.
I went to two other fast food places that were listed as open and weren’t.
They were also helpful, patient since I had never done an online order with them, and a lot friendlier than I usually am at 2 am.

Super unimpressed, went through the
drive-thru with my girlfriend an hour and a half before she worked and I got a party pack for nachos with steak and no beans. Come to find out as we are pulling out that they never even read our order and decided to just make it regular so I go into the lobby after this information was revealed to me to find out there’s five other people waiting on their orders. I’ve worked at Taco Bell’s before and they get timed on there drive-thru and it’s a ranking system and supposedly they were ranked highest when I was working and I think the reason is for them only be concerned with the drive-thru and none of the customers up front. I talked to one of the ladies there and she explained she had been waiting for 20 minutes. Extremely disappointed. Had only 20 minutes before I had to bring my girlfriend to work, I would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone in the area. It’s always this one that’s been messing up recently.

Had a large order of 40+ items for our group of guys. The very beautiful ladies there this morning were amazing and had a great attitude. They thanked me for the mobile order and they seemed to really appreciate it. It’s rare to see when most people (especially in fast food) don’t want to work and don’t want to do orders. Everything was very neat and amazing. Thank you ladies!

Suggest adequate training of employees. Lunch rush is a bad time to fall apart and i know this business has high turn over rates and have held reviews on many fast food restaurants for that reason.
However, this taco bell consistently has issues. Raise your pay and train your employees to want to stay with Taco Bell. It’s not a hard job but you set these kids up for failure dropping the ball you hold to train them properly.

Firstly I’m a big fan of taco bell. This was my first time at this taco bell and the experience was horrible. After waiting for ever at drive through, i ended up getting my order wrong. I didn’t even realize it then and my the time i got to eat, i was all the way on the other side of town. I ordered $5 crunchy wrap box and nacho supreme. I ended up getting completly different order, cruncy wrap supreme and i had to ask for the drink. I was not going to drive 7 miles to taco bell and 7 miles back just to get my order right. This kind of ruined my day and lost my trust. Never going to this taco bell again.

It doesn’t matter which Taco Bell you go to Kalamazoo or Battle Creek they all messed up! like they can’t train the managers managers can’t train the employees how to do something right or they just like piss the customers off!

We had three different people that ordered three different things on one order. They got all of our special requests ACCURATE. While they seemed understaffed, with several very young new employees, they did a GREAT JOB. Also, they were weaving drive-thru orders with walk-in orders with online to go orders. Seamlessly.
….. ATMOSPHERE…. …. Well I mean considering which Taco Bell it is.. The ambiance was entertainingly sketchy as always. It was particularly riveting on this visit. The older man having a midlife crisis in their lobby enjoying his $1 pop with free refills mooching off their Wi-Fi to watch TV was WILD…. Wearing what I can only describe as a 1960s mod housewife coat…. And shorts.
However the staff was amazing, Very helpful very accommodating and again our order was perfect.
No complaints. Just compliments.
