Not only is this disgusting,
It is repulsing. I went into Bojangles on a Sunday afternoon, And purchased a chicken sandwich, Two Bo-berry biscuits, and tater tot rounds. Ended up waiting about 15 minutes because they didn’t know we ordered. After two bites of eating my chicken sandwich I realize that the chicken was completely raw!!! Not to mention, the tater tots were also cold. I went inside and asked for a manager, Who was friendly. And gave me a refund for my chicken sandwich… only the sandwich. She also gave me a buy one get one free chicken biscuit coupon, Which I will not be using considering that I was served a RAW chicken breast. Be very cautious of what you order, because the way they were talking about the lady who was cooking the food, it sounded like it wasn’t the first time she made that mistake. In the image I included, you can see the pink “gooey” raw chicken, and in the middle it was completely raw. I am very disappointed, And if I end up with salmonella, you will be hearing from me again.

I enjoy my weekly trip thru the drive thru. Jamie the order taker is wonderful and always knows my voice.. She is a joy to chat with that Lauren in the window she is always smiling and upbeat.. She pumps ppl in and out.. The food is hot and fresh.. Such a big improvement

The food was delicious. I got a gravy and biscuit with Bo rounds. The cashier was very sweet and efficient. The only thing I want to note is the line for this location, often goes out into the street and causes some traffic problems. Hopefully they can fix this soon or in the near future!

I went to this location and let me tell you!! Lametra and Lauren are amazing Managers. They are welcoming and on point. They had me buy more then I thought of but we left with nothing bc the chicken was fabulous and the sides were fresh. Listening to them talk with staff and customers is a hoot.. You truly feel like you are family and home . We will be back .

I am sad to have to leave such a low rating. Normally I would always give an establishment the opportunity to fix their errors, but I was driving through on a road trip. I have never been to a Bojangles before. I ordered quite a few things from the menu to experience as much as I could. I think my tab was over $40. The chicken was okay, the biscuits were okay. Not really anything to write home about. However, the biscuits with gravy were amazing. The texture was fantastic. The flavor was so good. It was a great comfort food. I know I ordered too much food but I couldn’t stop eating the biscuits and gravy until I was finished. The problem I had was the food missing from my order. I had ordered rice and it was not included. I was back at the hotel room and definitely not going to return. Plus it was late and the restaurant had already closed. I left so early in the morning I could not return. Back in the day, when I worked in fast food we would always repeat the order as we handed the items out. This gave the customer the opportunity to know what was in the bags. I know this never happens anymore but it’s a shame.

I’ve had good experiences in the past but these previous 2 times haven’t been good. Won’t return again, my gravy biscuit smells & tastes like cigarette smoke.
The drive thru is usually full of cars so people must like it. Your experience just depends who’s cooking on the shift like all places.

Stopped by to buy a gift card for my nephew. Everyone was super sweet, friendly, and helpful. It was the young lady on the registers first time doing a gift card but she got help and made it happen. My son got hungry while we were there and smelling food. So also ordered some food which they got ready very quick while we were there. Manager on duty was working eight beside her staff and getting things taken care of.
