It says 24 hours, but when I entered there was no one there, I waited outside the door for almost 10 minutes, saw a lot of people coming and then left because there was no staff. And I saw a McDonald’s worker sitting outside next to the trash can and playing with his phone, completely ignoring the customers who came. I think if the staff at this McDonald’s is this lazy, it’s not too far from closing.

This is the absolute worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. Has a sign on door that dining in is open till 9pm. The last three times I show up at 830 and the doors are locked. When customer inside was leaving I went in this time. The so caller manager Abby took my order. I asked why does sign say close at 9, but yet everytime I come at 830 the doors are locked. She said that they were busy in drive thru and short staffed. So I said this happens everytime so you should change your sign and say you close at 830pm. So she then took my order after I finished eating I decided I wanted to order something else. So I go up to Abby at 850, 10 minutes before they suppose to close and tells me that she can’t take my order inside. She already closed register and need go thru drive thru to order. What in the world is going on? They close half hour before their suppose to and also close register 10 minutes before. Avoid this place like the plague. Worst customer service ever and the manager Abby should get fired. I will call and speak to general manager and see if he or she is aware of what’s going on and is this store protocol to close every time at 830 and close registers down at 850.

Always a wait, inside they ignore you because they want you to order through their dumb kiosk. Only been inside twice and happened both times. A lady inside said she drove all the way back because they forgot to give her the kids food she ordered. Who wants bacon? Gross

Placed an order through the app and paid. I have the receipt. Upon pickup, they deleted the order off the tablet, which was audibly heard. Then they pretended that the order never came through. Never got my food, didn’t get a refund, but I will.

No stars should be an option, long wait Saturday morning inside while drive through went fast, 11 drive through cars for every walk in order. A customer got tired of looking at his order on the back counter while employees kept skipping it so he got it himself. When I was leaving another customer was waiting so long he had to ask if anyone was taking orders at the counter.

BEWARE DONT PAY CASH THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. Ordered 3 mcFlurries and had 1 free from the McDonald’s app. Have an employee a 20 but because he said total was $14 before the code which came to a total of $9. The employee then gave us 50 cents back and said “we only gave him a 10” but we clearly gave him the 20 dollar bill. He then gave us a smug look and closed the window before we could have asked for the rest of the money back. I never got his name but he was AA and had curly hair.

Made an order online. I ordered a fries burger and a cola when the man behind the counter gave me my order. There was a burger, fries, but no Cola. I paid for it. I asked for a glass and very rudely almost threw it away. Didn’t apologize, didn’t say anything.
