I rarely leave reviews for fast food places because my expectations aren’t that high to begin with, but this was genuinely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.

I placed my order 20 minutes ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait, but when I got there, there wasn’t a single worker at the front. After a while, someone finally walked out from the back, so I told her I had an online order. She just said “hello” and went back to whatever she was doing on the register. I stood there in awkward silence until she finally noticed that an order receipt had been sitting on the printer the whole time and asked if I placed an online order. Like… yeah I did 20 minutes ago…

It was pretty clear no one had checked the receipts or kept up with online orders at all. I ended up waiting another 20+ minutes, which is crazy considering I was the only person there. When my order finally came out, the worker just handed me the bag without saying a word.

All that just to get stale fries and mid food.
Never coming back.

Came to the drive thru 12/18/22 approx 8:05 pm. After sitting for about 5 minutes someone came out and said they were closed for a Christmas party. Closed for a party during regular business hours. Absolutely unheard of. Should be done after closing. Will be calling Wendy’s Customer Care.

Iam a frequent customer up until tonight i placed a order thru drive thru at 8pm tonight and while waiting on my food a employee that was clocked out came to the ice and drink machine at drive thru window took his old cup that he had been drinking out of and dumped the old ice and leftover drink and dumped it out in machine and proceeded to take the old cup and scoop up ice to put in it didn’t even use the ice scooper.. that was extremely gross and unsanitary and unacceptable I didn’t even eat my food I was completely grossed out by this.. I’m sure this happens all the time.. after he did it he looked out the drive thru window and we made eye contact he proceeded out of restaurant drinking from the cup with his mouth no straw and start walking, whoever the manager is of this restaurant needs to look into this and disciplinary action needs to be taken that was disgusting and I will be following up on this matter..

Zero stars. Reminded me why I should have just gone home and ate whatever leftovers were in the fridge. No greeting at the counter whatsoever other then being told I can’t use a credit card without using the kiosk. So now I have to do their job? How do y’all take drive thru orders? Used the kiosk and ordered double jr bacon cheese meal with no Mayo. One had Mayo. Ordered a Single cheeseburger no Mayo. Had mayo. All three were cold. 10 piece nugget, Cold. No have a nice day (or any words at all) when my bag was placed in front of me? I’m not sure what I should expect but just wow. Get it together y’all.

Horrible part time or manager in training. She pretended to not know what the skew for Wendy’s rewards was, when I held my phone up to ask where and when to scan for a cash sale. I just simply wanted to know how to operate the rewards app with cash and got a blank stare and complete disrespectful attitude in return. It was so bad I actually thought she was joking to the point where I asked her if she was okay and if there was a problem. I then let her know that she had a bad attitude and started out the door, but she screamed, “ Have a nice day”, in such an arrogant way I decided to turn around and another employee for a manager. She then walked back up with the same condescending tone asking how she could help me with the biggest smile on her face also saying she was a part time manager. I then recognized one of the actual managers coming from the back and asked to speak with her. The horrible part time manager actually cut her off and tried to tell her that I was being rude to her. It was the most pathetic attempt to save face I’ve seen in a while. The sad thing is the actual manager didn’t seem surprised and apologized on her behalf. I wouldn’t be complaining for nothing. It’s sad that someone in customer service can’t be polite and help a customer with their service without a bad attitude. She actually had the nerve to scream out have a nice day in the same tone as if she won. No respect for herself or others.Hopefully something is done about this terrible employee. If you don’t want to be there, don’t be there, don’t ruin someone else’s day with your horrible attitude.
Wish I got her name but I was so blown away that I just had to leave. A time before this, this same employee/ part time manager screamed at another employee to walk faster in an extremely rude tone where I was on the other end eating and heard it clear as day. This woman does not need nor deserve a manager position or customer service job. So sad anyone has to put up with her and her horrible attitude.

This is the third or fourth time I tried to come through the drive thru before closing, and have never been able to order anything. This time, no one was visible in the kitchen, and no one was available to receive a simple order of fries. I was here 20 minutes before their listed closing time. If they are unable or unwilling to work the posted hours, they need to put signs up at their drive thru windows. I’ve tried giving them multiple chances but I won’t be returning.

Ordered a medium drinks and they gave us all small. Then the cashier just had an attitude over everything. Like I know food service can be frustrating but don’t take your attitude out of people. Take a breather if you need to.
