I ordered the Floridian French toast topped with fresh fruit (bananas, strawberries, kiwi, with a berry compote), and it was absolutely delicious. The fruit was fresh and sweet, the toast was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of fluff, and the berry drizzle added a tart, refreshing balance. The presentation was beautiful – it felt like a dish made with care, not just thrown together.
To drink, I tried their butterfly pea flower lemonade (the purple drink in the photo), which was not only gorgeous but also light, refreshing, and unique.
The service was excellent – very attentive, but not rushed. My food came out quickly and hot, and the staff seemed genuinely kind and happy to be there.
Overall, First Watch in Cranberry is a fantastic spot if you love fresh, quality ingredients and a menu that feels both healthy and indulgent at the same time. Definitely worth the visit, and I’ll be back to try more of their menu!
Our server Caroline—and let me be clear, THIS Caroline was exceptional—brought us menus with the kind of warm efficiency that made me forget about the OTHER Caroline. You know, the one from Ms. Henderson’s 2nd grade class who absolutely destroyed me during silent reading time when she passed that note saying she liked Tommy instead. TOMMY. The kid who ate glue. But I digress.
The Million Dollar Bacon arrived at our table, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it healed childhood wounds I didn’t even know I was carrying. Each piece was perfectly candied, slightly spicy, and worth every penny of what I assume was approximately $47 of the million dollars in the name. Is bacon supposed to make you cry? Because I cried. Were they tears of joy or repressed elementary school heartbreak? We may never know.
The avocado toast was so good that I briefly considered proposing marriage to it, but I’ve learned my lesson about rushing into commitments (thanks again, 2nd grade Caroline, wherever you are, probably STILL breaking hearts and collecting Pokemon cards that don’t belong to you).
Server Caroline—OUR Caroline, the GOOD Caroline—checked on us no fewer than seventeen times, which was exactly the amount of emotional support I needed while processing my breakfast-induced epiphany that I’ve been ordering my eggs wrong my entire life.
Final verdict: 10/10 would get emotionally vulnerable over brunch here again. Bring tissues and your childhood trauma. They pair excellently with the fresh-squeezed orange juice
We sat in a booth towards the back. The seating was comfortable and the table moveable.
We were quickly served our drinks (and iced coffee and a seasonal lemonade) and both were delicious. Our food arrived hot and it was very good. We got the eggs benny BLT, an omelette and a banana pancake.
Everything was very tasty and the fruit side was very good as well. If you are in Cranberry and enjoy breakfast/brunch/lunch food, I would definitely recommend stopping in!
It’s my absolute favorite breakfast place and I’d recommend this location to anyone local or passing through.
The staff is always very sweet, attentive and accommodating.
I’ve only ever had one small issue and it was acknowledged and fixed so quickly that it actually made my experience so much better feeling taken care of so promptly!
I am currently sitting at a booth as I write this and our server’s name is Josie. She’s an absolute sweetheart! Checks in at the right times, gets anything we need in a speedy time.
Great experience as always!
Thank you Josie and to the First Watch team 🙂 you’re all brilliant and you make my mornings special!
