Got home and realized my order wasn’t correct. Being 8 months pregnant I was NOT happy. I called and the young mom to be said she had a pregnancy brain moment and messed up. She said to come within twenty four hours and she would fix it. Got there and the two ladies there were super sweet and did fix the order. Food was fresh and I hope they get good reviews.

I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food places, but this Arby’s gets a special call out because of the service and quality. The lady taking our order,wish I saw her name, was just amazing. Probably the friendliest and most positive person I have come across in a long time. Not only was she great, but everything we ordered came out perfect.
The inside was crazy big and exceptionally clean. Honestly, not a single bad thing to mention for this location, and I hope more people go there if they are looking for an Arby’s!

I just got done buying food from this location About 15 minutes ago, maybe not even that. For as long as I waited for 4 items I figured everything was going to be fresh. Not at all. My chicken was cold and hard as a rock and so were the ham and Swiss sandwiches. I waited probably twenty minutes for my order longer for the car in front of me. Super nice lady at the cash register, though. And the phone is shut off so you can’t call.

Just went through the drive thru and whoever took my order had a really bad attitude. Kept asking “anything else?” With a very rudely attitude. We were also missing mozzarella sticks and I went inside to get the missing mozzarella sticks and explained to one lady that I just came through the drive thru and was missing my mozzarella sticks that lady at the front line was very nice and helpful about it. Then another lady came in from outside saying she just packed a mozzarella stick and just took it out. I told her well it must have been handed in the wrong order because I didn’t get them. (She was wearing a grey shirt also not sure if she was the manager or not) but I told her I only got my fries, sandwiches, but no mozzarella sticks and that I would also bring in my bag if I needed to. She had a very rude attitude about it all and rolled her eyes at me as she handed me the bag. Definitely don’t want to go back again if there is rude behavioral issues there.

Was waiting in line to order when the person at the register decided to go catch up the orders right after taking the peoples orders in front of us leaving us standing there and completely ignoring us like we weren’t even there ridiculous they need to hire more workers and definitely need better customer service

If you can’t staff this place properly, shut it down. There’s another Arby’s around the corner, focus on that one. It’s the customers who are suffering, having to wait in the drive thru for 15 min and another 5 min when you get to the window.
