Came in on a business trip. A little hard to find but can’t blame that on them. Bartender was attentive, got me a beer close to my hometown brewery preference. Food was quick, beer was cold. Will return when back around.

Service was crap had to go get my own 1st beer from the bar aftet 15 minutes of waiting..was here watching football . Young waitress cut us off after 3 beers . Said it was against policy to serve more than 3 beers . Come to find out she diddnt feel comfortable serving beers . Unfortunately i feel it was a racial thing as I had to go fetch my own beers and ask for my own silverware,napkins from another waitress.
I usually tip 100.00 nomattet how much my bill was worth but this place wasn’t even worth my time coming to . Managed by jermey and he vouched for the young inexperienced waitress . Definitely wont be spending my money here ever again …I may even charge back partial tip …

Even though there are several bad reviews, I decided to give this location a try. During my visit everything was excellent. Our server, Destiny, was quick and polite. She took our orders quickly and our food came out at an ideal time. The food was hot and made to order. Our drinks stayed refilled as Destiny was constantly checking on us. I’m sure the negative reviews are justified but our experience was awesome thanks to our server. I will be back!

We previously had issues a year ago but wanted to give the location another chance. Our order was a salad and an order of wings with fries. Wings came out cold. Manager offered to put in another order but we declined, he did comp us for the wings/fries. They were not overly busy at 1pm on a Sunday but this solidified that we will not return again.

unfortunately, my friend and I had to leave after one of the older servers with glasses was extremely rude to us because we were confused about the big sign at the front door that said wait to be seated and the other side said have a seat & someone will be with you shortly we were in the waiting area and after about 10 minutes of being there, one of the servers came over and asked if someone had helped us and we said no, that we were waiting to be seated still and with a snarky attitude, she said the sign says to be seated so I showed her that the sign said wait to be seated and she said no you need to pay attention to the other side so we left because she was so rude and while we were walking out, she was giggling as we were leaving. I recommend not to go to this place around lunchtime unless you want poor service.

I used to go to Buffalo Wild Wings all the time a decade ago. And when I say all the time I mean virtually daily. My son and I would go there and he would do his homework in elementary school while we hung out at B-dubs. Unfortunately as the years passed, the decline of the quality at BWWs became too great to ignore. Favorite items were pulled off the menu (Flatbread, Italian burger) while others had a limited run and never returned (brats). In addition, the remaining food got worse and would frequently be undercooked or over done. But even with that said, they were still the king when it came to a national chain to watch a sporting event at.
Or so I thought.
For the first time in literally years, my son and I returned to BWWs this past weekend for the NFL playoffs. We arrived about a half hour before kickoff and my immediate reaction was how clean and fresh it looked now and clearly a great deal of effort had gone into the presentation of the restaurant. But then we entered the dining room.
A half hour before kickoff for an NFL playoff game, not only was the pregame not on the main screens in the dining area, the largest TVs were on…the MLB Network.
A network that hasn’t even aired a live sporting event since October. I couldn’t even process as a business who’s entire marketing campaign is about watching sports at their establishment wouldn’t even have the pregame on their main tvs. And on a deeper level, how does the MLB Network end up on the main screens in January? Have the main screens not even been changed since October??
As kickoff grew closer, I counted the number of televisions in this BWWs to be 32 (admittedly I may have missed a few). The NFL game was on 3 of the smaller screens in the dining room by my count. The audio was the typical radio/music feed that was switched to the game audio just before kickoff. But the main screens? Those remaining on the MLB Network.
If I’m at virtually any other restaurant on earth, I wouldn’t automatically expect them to be 100% dialed into the sports calendar but I would sure hope the “Wings. Beer. Sports.” place would properly air an NFL playoff game and certainly prioritize it over the MLB Network in January.
If I’m a manager, CEO, or any other higher ranking BWWs official and walk into this, it’s an immediate fireable offense. And I type this with the caveat that I don’t want hard-working people to lose their jobs. But for any company to allow this to be acceptable in turn says that the company doesn’t prioritize one of the few reasons left to go to their establishment. If BWWs doesn’t have a designated individual at each establishment in charge of understanding and prioritizing the sports calendar throughout the year, then that position should be created immediately before it pushes even more fans away.
In all transparency, my background is in television and broadcasting so I understand that my reaction to this may be deemed extreme compared to many but I’d still think at the end of the day, even the most casual football fan would rather have the playoff game on over the MLB Network.
As we sat there, my son begged me to not bring it up to the manager even though I would only do it in the most professional of ways as how can anyone achieve success without genuine criticism that’s only meant to improve them. That said, I bit my tounge and we left shortly after kickoff.
I should probably mention the food quality as neither of us were able to get through half our burger before stopping. I normally have no issue with grease but this was on an unedible level and shortly after returning home, my son vomited his lunch away. That said, the regurgitating was the least offensive part of our Buffalo Wild Wings experience.

Second time experience was okay. We ordered bacon cheeseburgers with French fries, chips and salsa. Our food was good but the service could definitely be better. Our waitress seemed rushed and in a hurry every time.

My family and I visited this restaurant for dinner. We were seated quickly, but it took 30 minutes for our order to be brought to our table. We saw other people that came in after us that were served before us. The cost per meal is a little bit expensive, $17 per person, but it’s a sports bar and Specialty restaurant, so I’ll let that go. The food was good, but some of the food was not hot when it arrived at our table. This could be improved on.

I have never done a bad review on a restaurant. I work in the food service industry so I am well aware of just how much a dining experience can be affected for reasons out of the staffs control. Being short staffed, or having inexperienced or newer staff working in positions is expected In this industry. All that being said, we went in tonight celebrating my son’s 13th birthday. He was excited and looking forward to it all week. We had a party of 6 and upon arrival 2 in our party had already been sat at a table. We came in, sat down and I was surprised at how empty the place looked for a Saturday evening at 7pm. The waitress took about 5 to 6 minutes to come to the table after we arrived which, in my eyes wasn’t that bad as I seen that she had a table or two around us. When she finally came to the table she was straight to the point and asked for our drinks, which is fine. We ordered a tea, 2 waters, a strawberry lemonade and and a bay breeze cocktail, and a strawberry margarita. It took probably 5 minutes for the two waters and the tea to hit the table. All 6 of us ordered our food and waited for our cocktail. Our food hit the table 15 minutes later and still no drinks. They finally came and my aunts bay breeze was just a shot. We explained what we wanted, ordered another simple cocktail (Bloody Mary) and 10 more minutes passed before we cancelled. We ordered desserts that were packed Togo even though they were ordered for in house. We had a table stacked with dishes that were never prebussed, refills we had to ask for and had to go to the kitchen entrance for our Togo boxes. We spoke to the manager twice and his resolution was to take off 2 teas, the Bloody Mary (that we never even got) and 20% which added up to about 6$ off the total. We were basically discounted only 15-20$ off our bill. We still paid 145$ for dinner, and when the manger (a short man, glasses) came to the table about it he was rude, very short, and seemed not to even want to be bothered by the situation. I spoke to another manager and while I was talking to him the prior manager came up in a hostile manner and interrupted my conversation and proceeded to tell me “well I’m his boss”. This was my first experience with this location and I will never go back. Manly because of the way management handled the situation. I can understand if the waitress was new, or they were short staffed so I can look past that. What I can’t look past is how dead they were and how unprofessional the manager was.

Candice is the MVP of the day. We walked in at 11:50pm on a Sunday night and she took our order even though they close at midnight. Had we not come in, she could have went home at 12. But she was very gracious and polite. She accommodated us when many other servers would have been annoyed if they even chose to help us. Thank you Candice! You made a spectacular night even better!
