As much as I love jack in the box, this location has soured my opinion. This location always seems to forget something. Granted our order has a bit more food. However, things like 2 milkshakes then only give one is odd. Now I hate making these kind of reviews. Especially since I know these are still people filling the orders and people have off days. That being said when things have been missing or orders are wrong,that seems more like a pattern then a accident 🙁
Im not writing this to cause issue. I just want awareness more then anything. Like I said I love jack in the box but the constant missing stuff that pay for is upsetting. Thank you for reading. Hopefully things can change soon. Thank you.

Says 0600, someone drove thru and said they open at 0615…
I waited patiently no problem. I only ordered a meat lovers burrito, $6.29. What is was closure to was two McDonald’s burritos. Ouch, a lot of ham, no bacon, sausage was norm, cheese was enough for an extra omelette. Honestly for $6.29 I was hoping for something that was made right?!?! It’s a lot to ask for but if you can’t get it right here’s the review you do get.

Used to be my favorite burger place!
Almost $10.00 for a jumbo jack w/cheese?!?! Just the sandwich, not the meal even!!!! Absolutely out of their minds! Not only that but the burger sucked and so did the service. Way too much sauce on it, cheese was y even melted and they put onion on it when I asked for no onion!

This location is by far the most disappointing and poorly run I’ve been to. Says they’re open until 2am on the website yet they refuse to take any orders at only 10:45. Refuse to pick up the phone when their drive thru is empty. the girl working the drive thru was absolutely awful lol get new employees who know how to do their job.

Cashier at the window didn’t speak English I wanted a few different dipping sauces for the 5 meals I bought was given 4 and ketchup which I said I didn’t want at all wasnt even asked or given the choice whether I wanted waffle or regular fries, I ended up with burnt regular, and I can’t say for certain but I know at least my drink might has well just been cold syrup because there wasn’t any fizzy bubbles and it tasted like stale coffee, I ordered a large Coke….so idk what’s going on there, but it’s not right.

2024: location still had never had online ordering. Frustrating when u can’t even look at the menu due to this. Also can’t earn points from thus location due to not being able to scan the bar codes from poor printing if the receipts

2023: Spent $12 on a Teriyaki bowl meal that was less than half full and only had 3 tiny strips of chicken and only 3 small pieces of broccoli. The one egg roll had almost as much food as the bowl had in it. What a joke. Overpriced microwaved food. I tried to call them to tell them about it but of course no one answered. Didn’t have time to go all the way back so I just had to deal with it. Never again. I think they were more concerned about the music they were blaring that could be heard outside the drive thru window.

Hard to review when they are closed on a Sunday at 11 am. I tried to order online but kept getting errors so I just went to the store directly to order. Come to find out all the lights were off inside and the open signs were also off. No notes left on the doors or at the drive thru window to tell people they were closed. I waited in the line that had formed while people at there trying to order. They have left the open signs off at this location before so I assumed they forgot to turn them on again. Once I saw every car leaving the drive thru I realized they were closed. Waste of time. Last time I went too the couldn’t make half the food that was on the breakfast menu because they were out of stock on ingredients. This location needs to get their act together. Great way to lose business

Update: went again today and tried to order online/app so I could use some promo codes and discounts (cuz who wants to pay $7 for a microwaved breakfast sandwich) and I was unable to make submit my payment. The button to submit it never activated so I was stuck on the check out screen. Then I tried to scan my receipt after to collect the rewards and it came up with error codes every time. The gal thru the drive thru acted like she didn’t even know what the online app ordering was when I asked why I couldn’t ever submit thru there. Better customer service and training is definitely needed.

Side note: employees smoking right in front of the entrance isn’t the greatest either. I took a photo recently of a gal doing so. U can see a cigarette in her hand when she was reaching up to wave at someone.

Ordered a garden salad for my wife and received a southwest salad that looked like the bottom of the barrel pickings. I’m pretty sure a garden salad doesn’t have beans and corn. I tried to let the cashier know that I got the wrong salad, but he insisted I got the right one. While I’m trying to tell him that it wasn’t, the two guy cooks were laughing and commenting in Spanish that the “fat man ordered only a salad”. Yes I understood you guys. I may not speak it well, but I understand it completely.
When I asked for a refund, the cashier refused.
