The staff at this restaurant was incredibly exceptional during my visit. The names of the amazing individuals who served me were Anna, Jennifer, Oscar, Sean, and Andrea. They treated me with compassion, kindness, and care, making me feel like I had made the right choice to dine here. Every time I visit, the customer service is consistently excellent, and the members I mentioned in particular made my experience even more enjoyable. I came in alone, just me in my party, but I felt like I had made new friends by the time I walked out the doors. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible staff here, especially the individuals I mentioned. They truly deserve a raise!

I love Piada. I moved away and haven’t had one near me for years. Finally got to go back today. It’s every bit as great as I remember.
I ordered a Chef’s Favorite Piada with crispy chicken and a pepperoni stick.
Let’s start with the pepperoni stick. It’s crispy on the outside and empty cheesy gooey goodness on the inside. The pepperoni gives it that extra bit of saltiness and flavor that makes this my favorite side in just about any fast casual restaurant in the city. It comes with ranch, which is nice, but not necessary.
The Piada itself though, goodness it’s just bursting with flavor and crunch. It’s sweet, tangy, salty, and has just the right amount of heat to be satisfying, yet not overwhelming. I like to say it’s an “Italian” burrito, but better than any burrito. This, in my opinion, is top shelf fast casual dining.
I hope that wherever I move next, it’s much closer to a Piada. As there isn’t anything else quite like it out there.

Quick and delicious Italian street food. Hubby got spaghetti and meatballs with marinara sauce. Meatballs were a nice size and delicious. I had a power bowl as a gluten-free vegetarian. The pesto dressing was incredible! Packed with flavor!

My family and I came here to eat for dinner on a random Monday. As soon as we got workers immediately greeted us and began to take our orders. The line was very fast and efficient. We all three thoroughly enjoyed our food and overall experience. We will absolutely be back.

This has to be the best Piada I’ve went to hands down! I walk and I was greeted with smiles by staff Heaven and Andrea. They were so kind Heaven took my order and fulfilled it to perfection honestly.Not only did the food taste exquisite but it looked amazing I don’t have any pictures right now cause I teared that pasta bowl up. The dude who made my food tonight made my garlic dough so salty I couldn’t eat it. I’m not even going to take it back up there. I hate that ppl hate themselves so much and so miserable that he’d do something like that. I wish I could eat it. But I’m still grateful. I just had to leave a review about how distasteful my experience was .
