I go to subway all the time to get food. I always get a teriyaki chicken wrap. When I asked the guy for a wrap , he said it was his first day. What’s automatically tells me they’re turnover is bad. He went to the back to get someone else. When she came to the counter to fix my food. She only added one portion of protein. The foot long sandwich and the wrap get two portions. I let her know that it should have a second one on it. I was told they don’t do that there. When i got to the register. I mentioned it again. She charged me two 2 proteins just like a feet long. At this time, she told me that this location only does one and only charges for the foot long sandwich when it is a wrap. If i’m getting charged for 2 proteins , I should receive two proteins , not one. That will be the last time I ever go to this location terrible customer service.

Was in Walmart and decided to stop and get a snack around 8:15 the girl came from the back and had attitude like she didn’t want to be there I simply asked for the roll ups pepperoni and cheese she made my order while I tried to bring her a better day by sticking up conversation about it’s a nice location but was encored… I will not be ordering at this location again due to the rudeness of this girl I didn’t catch a name and she couldn’t atleast make the food right

After a long day of not having time to eat something I decided to pick up something quick for dinner this location has made me regret that choice. The woman helping me at making my sandwiches had such an off putting attitude. It’s not required for employees to have a a smile or a sunny disposition for every interaction but crappy attitude while rudely tossing my bag of sandwiches towards after I hit the NO TIP (for a reason)button. Also the food quality had definitely lowered almost $12 for a chicken bacon ranch with a barely thicker than a tortilla flatbread. I usually have cravings for my custom made tuna or pepperoni sandwiches but I will not be returning to Subway anytime soon if at all.

Went in Sunday to get a couple of subs and the guy comes from the back he was pulling a pallet jack , doesn’t wash his hands grabs the gloves with his dirty hands to put them on and is coughing, ok people sometimes have a cough ..BUT he continues to cough while making my subs openly not into his shoulder or off to the side just straight forward face down towards my food ,then get this!! He snorts his snot and makes the comment “omg I’m dyin’ ” at that point I had to cancel my order … I know that he broke a few HEALTH CODES for sure
