The Mushroom Swiss Burger was juicy, rich, and stacked with sautéed mushrooms that actually delivered. Fries were hot, crisp, seasoned just right, and didn’t taste like they sat under a heat lamp. Even the blackberry tea hit. Only complaint? Price is a little steep for a single burger meal, but the flavor backed it up. Solid 8.5 out of 10. Would order again.

The food was good the service was good could have been better. I ordered the sizzling meal but mine didn’t come out sizzling like the couple after mine did. Also we were not informed that we could get our drinks to go. Wasn’t aware until we got home and someone shared it on a tik tok… smh.

We have eaten here the last three weeks after church. The food is great…the service is even better if that’s possible. Alex was our waitress today and she was amazing! Our drinks were always full, we never needed for anything. After our meal, she brought us our checks, along with to go drinks that we didn’t even ask for. The rest of the people are amazing as well…and we will eventually know them all by name as we will continue to return! Great job staff!

Ordered salads took longer thab expected but they were good. The waitress was friendly but kept forgetting items we asked for ( dressing, salt, pepper, crackers,tea ) but hey they got alittle buys after we got there so it wasn’t a big deal. Lunch was good

We returned to this Chili’s after being out of state for over a year. I was shocked that our server greeted us with “welcome back” as he recognized us after all that time! This is our favorite place locally, we have never been disappointed with the food or the service. Bryce was our server/bartender running both very efficiently. He was the first server we had during our very first visit, and he has been there over 7 years. He is charming, friendly and FAST…he makes us feel like we are his only customers even though the bar is busy and he has other tables. We met the newest manager Tyler, such a sweetie! Another favorite server is Leah, such a bubbly friendly lady! Food as usual is delicious, love the new Crispers choices and the Triple Dipper platter. Of course we always get the bottomless chips and salsa as members of the “Rewards” program…never tired of fresh fried paper-thin chips and salsa made fresh daily. We will always patronize this location and look for Bryce and Leah to serve us. Love our Chili’s

We had an awesome experience at Chili’s thanks to our server, Alex! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. She checked on us often without being overbearing and really made the meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests — great energy and great service! Definitely ask for Alex if you come by, she’ll take good care of you. ️

Our fajitas came without any of the side items or condiments. Literally, a container of chicken and onions. We called to discuss with them, and the manager (Ella) stated it was Uber Eats problem not theirs and hung up on us. We called back to try and discuss again…Ella said if we ever decide to come in that we should ask for Bonnie, not her. The Chilis staff prepared the order and put it in the sealed bag. Uber Eats simply drove it to our home. This is a CHILI’S process problem. We eat at this Chili’s often. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but incredibly disappointing.
