Came in at 11pm and walked up to counter. Manager saw me and said “we’re closed” “we’re out of food, you’ll have to go somewhere else”.

I was shocked. First time here and I’ve never been spoken to like this at a Wendy’s. Went to the bathroom and came out and now the doors are locked and there’s a sign on the door. “We closed at 8:30pm today, we’ll reopen tomorrow”.

Definitely will never return here. Went to the McDonald’s nearby and was served immediately and everyone friendly. Usually not the service I get at McDonald’s but I’d recommend them over this place.

They say they’re open 24 hours but they are not. I placed an order on the app at 01:30 am and when I showed up they told me they were closed. I told them I already placed the order and paid and again they said they were closed and their system was down so there was nothing they can do. I asked how do I get my money back and they said that’s not our problem and that it had nothing to do with them because I ordered through the app

I ordered a chicken sandwich. They brought two orders—one for me and one for someone else—and they mixed mine up with someone else’s. I didn’t get it either, and it turned out there was pork inside. I don’t eat pork because I’m Muslim, and they didn’t pay any attention. So, those of you who don’t eat pork, be careful.

We wasted so much time in this Wendy’s. How does a place like this have the nerve to feed us this horrible disgusting waste of what you call food. . I’ll never eat food here. We threw away everything and it cost us $40.00.. shame on you

Very poor management. Wendy’s trying to force customers to use kiosk. Employee working register and telling customers not to accept credit cards. Then telling the customers they will not serve them even after waiting in line to reach register. Poor management big time.

This is a fine up to date facility. I felt like I walked into a new Wendy’s! I would recommend eating here.

– Handicap tables available
– Multiple TV around the restaurant
– Plenty of space
– Table seating ranged from small to large groups.
– Table height ranged from low sitting tables to high tops.
– No bathrooms (it is attached to the Pilot where you can use the restroom.
– Drive-thru available.
– Most of the staff were friendly including the young lady who took our order.
– Facility seemed cleaned and kept up.

I’m a truck driver with no time to eat at their facility, I paid for a large chili and went to my truck to eat. To my surprise they gave me a small chili on a large cup, but they charged me for a large. What a dishonest way of doing business

Stopped here and I’m thinking the food probably would had been good, after a long drive and alot on my mind..my issue was the customer service… advertised open, there opened all night and I appreciated they were, yes.., I know it’s the holiday’s, and I wouldn’t be here tonght if not for being in route to a specialized hospital in FL, and after driving hours from NC, I knew this would be my last meal before being admitted Monday morning…so, we went in requested to order, and a young lady said ” if you want food the computer is down, and it will be a few minutes”, so we waited, 10 minutes later, asked again to order, she replied that the man carrying the Register with money to the office would be out in another few minutes, so we waited… another 10mins. we saw him go to the register, the young woman by then she was mopping the floor, doing so as quick as possible, she watched us approach to walk back in ,,turned off the main light as we entered. we asked again could we now order, they then sarcastically said..the computer was down and no food to be served, keep in mind .this is after close to 35 minutes, so my issue is … why? Why keep us there and allow us to wait? going back 3 times before saying to us in a unprofessional attitude that ” no food being served, and they were closing for the night, and I can say our customer service skills were better than there’s, we spoke nothing rudely, said ok,,walked out with no apology given or even a goodbye….I could understand if we hadn’t been made to believe we could order, we still have another 8 hour drive.. they only needed to say we are closed.. I could of understood, but to be rude, sarcastic and keep us waiting for… nothing..thats wrong, and no, they don’t know I’m sick, they don’t kbow that possibly I will not be back here or anywhere for that matter.. for if surgery goes bad???… maybe they should think of the customer, and realize it’s not all fun,,at least they can work , they are here..I may not be and my future is in question,.and my apologies for I’m more upset not at the food or lack of, but the lack of customer service,,and lack of doing your job to the best of your ability, for whatever we do is what we make it.. I was taught to do all I can to my best, whether it is working a fast food restaurant, an office job ,cleaning or as I did before I became disabled..teaching in the school system.. I won’t be here again, and if you come in and receive less than good customer service..I would go elsewhere. ..
