I was told by many this seafood spot is really good. I was in need of a good lobster roll. Crabby AL’ s was able to get the job. The servers/bartenders were great and pleasant. I ordered to go which included a hot lobster roll , cold is also an option. Buffalo chicken tenders, and a side order of shrimp. They allow you to order the shrimp by the piece which is $2 a shrimp. The shrimp are a good size! While I was waiting I had a drink as well spicy margarita which was good. Overall I will be returning when I want some good fresh seafood. The food was delicious once I got home, lobster roll stuffed! The lobster is packed separately so the bread does not get soggy. Just a heads up the lobster roll is $40 but itis well worth it! Shout out to SONJA she is the best and always takes care of us! Another week another lobster roll!

Always a positive experience, great food, people, staff! Bands on weekends, outside seating in summer riverside, if I had to find something to complain about maybe the bathroom size compared to the occupancy limit but honestly never been a big issue. Their raw bar in summer is always a hit too. Good bar vibe and modest restaurant side that’s quieter too. It’s a good local gem, but the words gotten out too. Good for them!!

It was a nice day to have dinner @ Crabby Al’s. The New England clam chowder is delicious! Our food didn’t arrive as promptly as we’d hoped, and the server was a little absent minded. I get it, it’s quite a tough industry to work in. Being a server could be challenging.

Great people, great service. Beautiful decor. Good atmosphere and music. The dining area was inviting also. The whole belly clams i had were good, she had a fried scallop Roll, the roll was irrelevant. This day, the overall opinion was thumbs up.

My 2nd time here and I hope to go back soon! The service was friendly and fast, the food is delicious and the atmosphere on the deck is relaxing! They also make an excellent chocolate martini. The pictures speak for themselves. Highly recommend!

This seafood restaurant also offers live music and a musician we know was playing there Friday night so we went over to have dinner and see his performance. A surprise for us was another friend of ours had been called to add another guitar to the band and sing. They put on a fun show.
The restaurant was crowded and we were early for our reservation but they found us a booth in the dining room that wasn’t a popular choice, but it was fine with us. We had two double cocktails and looked over the regular and specials menus. Offered on weekends, I decided to get the prime rib, medium rare, baked potato and mixed vegetable medley of the night. My partner chose a combination platter of fried clams and shrimp with french fries and an appetizer of steamed clams.
For those that read my reviews, you know ordering steamed clams is iffy to me because I never think they’re done properly, and I only recently had an exceptional serving of these a few weeks ago in a fish place not by the shore, that thankfully reminded me how wonderful steamers can be. That said, Crabby Al’s were like most restaurants, dry and chewy. I passed after trying a couple and my partner ate the rest.
Our main dishes were both very good, however. My prime rib was cooked as ordered, juicy and full of meaty flavor. The baked potato was fair and the vegetable medley was decent. My partners fried clam strips and Gulf shrimp combo were lightly battered, crispy and plentiful.
For once we got dessert. Chocolate cake with whipped cream decoratively on the side and chocolate syrup. With two cups of coffee, it was just what we were looking for to enjoy the band another two hours.
Regrettably, I lost a plastic card there probably taking photos. Calling the restaurant the next day they said nothing like that was in their lost and found. People these days don’t seem to return things they find that aren’t theirs and clearly important. I always do, as do the people I know, but in public places it’s a long shot.

Came at 530 on a Saturday they have live music on Friday and Saturday at 8pm so just missed it. Definitely need a reservation for later at night the food was delicious order shrimp and clam stripe cooked perfectly. Definitely will be back.

We went for an early dinner with another couple. We were seated in the bar area which was ok. Waitress was great. Food took a while to come out which surprised us as there were very few people there, but we understand that each dish is made to order which sometimes takes a little extra time. Quality and quantity of the food was good. We enjoyed our meals. We would go back again if we’re in the area.

Tried the clam strips roll – pretty flavorless and very bland. Mostly breading which didn’t stay on, and the fries were nothing special at all. The only bright spot was the waitress comped the meal (which didn’t eat). This is more of a biker bar so don’t come for the food, just the booze.
