One of the better Cici’s I’ve been to. The buffet was filled the entire time we were there with a huge variety of fresh pizzas. The workers routinely asked if there was anything I wanted but didn’t see. They have a great deal in the app right now, where 2 buffets are only $2.99 each. The place was a little dirty, but to be expected with how busy it was.

Worst customer service experience ever! I am gluten sensitive and my family wanted CiCi’s. I went in and attempted to order just a side salad which I was told they only sell them as a to-go salad. I tried to order a to-go salad saying I could just eat it inside with my family. The lady at the counter said I would have to eat it outside, or pay for a full buffet to get a real plate and eat salad inside. I have NEVER once heard of anything so absurd! It was THEIR to-go salad not as if I brought in a meal from the outside. Oh well! The family enjoyed their last trip to this location.

Came tonight with my family, enjoyed the personalized pizzas and desserts. $13 for adults. I am not sure if that includes the drink or not. But anyways…enjoyed the pizza and family time.

I ate here for the first time in years yesterday and I have to say I was not disappointed in the least. First, this place is amazingly well-kept and clean, especially considering how long it’s been in Dothan. The owners do a great job making sure that this location is well maintained and kept very clean.
The pizza here was very good too, especially considering that I paid less than $10 and could eat all that I wanted. All the slices I had were very good and I have to admit that I especially enjoy the dessert pizza, holy smokes. I had to go back up for seconds on dessert. It was so good.
And I want to say that probably the most popular thing here is this cheesy bread they made, as soon as they would put it down. People would get it from their seats and basically run up there to get four or five pieces. So I had to get some myself and I had to and I met. That is probably some of the best cheesy bread that I’ve ever had.
There is A small arcade for kids and they also have some of those claw games. Actually. Quite a good bit of the claw games and I saw a couple people win some stuff out of the one with the balls inside.
There is plenty of space in here so you don’t feel crowded in addition to having plenty of seating, the bathrooms are also very clean and well kept.

This was my first time trying Cici’s, and it definitely won’t be my last. I was skeptical when we first pulled up because my wife and I are in our 50’s, and there were a BUNCH of kids. But honestly, it was a very pleasant environment, the customer service was great, and the food was delicious. The salad bar was well stocked with fresh vegetables, crisp lettuce, and some amazing ranch dressing. For $8.99 I definitely didn’t expect the pizza to be as good as it was, but oh boy… It was terrific. I highly recommend the spaghetti and meatballs pizza. The dessert pizzas were the perfect ending to a great meal and experience.

It’s been a long time since I ate at Cici’s Pizza. I was surprised and pleased when they offered to make a custom mushroom pizza at no additional charge. I was disappointed to see that they now use iceberg lettuce instead of healthier and more flavorful green leaf lettuce. There seems to be something for everyone, including chicken wings. The desserts were tasty. My only negative comment is that the pizza crusts seemed a bit under baked and chewy-soft. Could have been because of the lunch hour rush. All in all, just an okay place to eat.

Nice place to eat and if pizza is your choice, well dive in! Usual options to choose from, pasta/salad bar, pizza, dessert…Clean (which is important) because they’re always sweeping and picking up the dirty plates, etc but I can’t speak on the rest rooms as I haven’t been in one yet. It’s kid friendly. We liked it so we plan on going back soon!

Best pizza buffet around! Well, the only in our area. Lol!! We go there a few times a year. We’ve always enjoyed it. Salad bar, small pasta bar, cheese bread and of course several different kinds of pizzas and a few deserts.

I went to Cici Pizza today with my daughter and after paying for my food I went to the bathroom to use the restroom. As I was tryin to wash my hands it was a soap bottle that you buy from Walmart or dollar store with suds and no soap like someone put water in it to create some soap so I said something to a Hispanic lady that worked there, who didn’t know English and was translating through her phone when I was doing the hand motion for soap and she said they forgot to go to store to get more soap,so I seen an African American guy behind pizza bar and asked him for soap thinking the lady may didn’t understand me and the guy went to get it and came back said we don’t have anymore soap ♀️.So I preceded to say how are the workers washing their hands and y’all up here not wearing gloves and preparing people food and then the workers looking at me confused and I said this is disgusting and I asked for my money back and the lady at register gave me cash back but I will not be returning.
