First off, it was worth paying for the extra charge for the distance.
I’m a truck driver and I wanted nice dinner so I picked Chili’s.
I got the Trio fajitas- it was delicious and good serving size for the price.
Also, the mac n cheese that came with the ribs was so good. Of course the ribs itself were “melt in your mouth”.
All in all, I enjoyed my dinner.

I stopped going here years ago. Was in town and decided to take a chance. Very happy that I did. Things have really took a turn for the better. Service was fantastic, food surpassed expectations. I got a chance to speak with the new GM, Catherine. Very nice lady. You can tell she cares about her restaurant. If you wrote this place off before, like I did. I urge you to give them another try. They will not disappoint.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I experienced at your restaurant during a recent visit on a weekend.
I was informed that there would be an approximate 10-minute wait to be seated. However, during this time, I observed that there were many empty tables available in the dining area. It was surprising and frustrating to be asked to wait while clearly visible seating remained unused, especially during a busy weekend when efficient service is expected.
A long wait under these circumstances gives the impression of poor organization and lack of attention to customer experience. As a customer, I value my time and expect reasonable efficiency, particularly when capacity does not appear to be an issue.
I hope this feedback is taken into consideration and that improvements are made to ensure better service in the future.

The food was very good. I got the spicy burger and my family all got different items and everything was hot and tasted very good. The waiter was pretty good but had to ask a couple of times for napkins and refills. He was polite and nice just seemed overwhelmed

Always amazing how vacated Chili’s has become, the dining room was a ghost town. We were never met, acknowledged or even welcomed upon entry. As time passed by with us standing there looking stupid at the lobby entrance debating on leaving, a girl finally passed by on her way to another table and said “sit wherever”. Proving just another example of staff indifference in the post pandemic world demonstrating the new accepted normal of failed guest relations.
People vote with their feet and apparently standing room only, wait on the list just to get inside Chili’s is a thing of the not so long ago distant past. As a result to our immediate impression in an attempt to avoid being further totally ignored by staff we sat at the bar. Consequently we were only occasionally ignored by staff by this proactive move.
The President Margarita is still king. Chips and salsa were good. I don’t really care for the current menu so l elected to order the trio appetizer instead of an entree, my friends did the same. Sliders were excellent, prepared to obsolete perfection. Additionally the SW egg rolls, while good, aggressively highlighted the increase in price, the diminished quality and the reduction of qaunity of Chili’s GREED-FLATION efforts. The wings were decent, but not great. They to had diminished in size and quality and while the sauce was nice, referring to them as unimpressive would be considered charitable.
We weren’t looking for perfection, just your best effort. Eating is a requirement of substaining life, but under current economic conditions dining out has become a luxury. When dining out, l want to experience a pleasant ambiance, warm personable service and great food. While Chili’s delivered a nice ambiance, the service was sub par and under performing. We never felt welcomed and we certainly never felt valued as guest. I could have stayed home and microwaved my own food. And I know how to make killer margaritas so going to Chili’s defeats the purpose of dining out if you refuse to raise to the challenge.
Why is Chili’s a ghost town? Apparently it’s were lame service meets overpriced mediocre food in a pleasant atmosphere. Hardly Chili’s best effort that they can be proud of.

The Fajitas are delicious! If you’re looking for a perfect dining experience, James the server is your best bet!!! He is fast and the perfect person to help with any of your dining needs!!! This place is wonderful from the food to the people. I had a wonderful time here.

Food was quick and good. Fiance asked for his steak medium rare and came out more medium well. I enjoyed my steak and asparagus. The southwest egg rolls are amazing as usual. The waitress wasnt the best I’ve had. She was nice enough but forgot a few things like napkins and the spicy ranch we asked for. Overall a good experience.

Keep changing the menu, prices have gone up way too much($16 for a simple mushroom burger. 2 years ago it was $12)Food is just sort of slapped together out of laziness and was not appealing in looks or taste. Server was polite.
