A very Cozy place with self service except they will help you if you want to buy a cake. Light and airy milk bread was good. Sliced bread was average. Chewy and fluffy melon /strawberry flavored bread with cream were refreshing. Croissant with strawberry and cream was ok. Overall bakeries we tried were decent. Do not feel welcome at checkout and they just opened, it wasn’t busy staffs need to retrained in customer services area.

Great items, I will say it would probably be a better experience earlier in the day when stuff is still available. I walked in around 5:30pm and found most of the bakery was sold out already. I was able to get a loaf of milk bread and 5 slices of cake for my family to try. I will say the cake is phenomenal, the sponge they make is the perfect texture and whatever flavor you prefer will be great. I just had the milk bread for breakfast and just one slice by itself is very filling.

Avoid the cakes and packaged pastries. They are NOT baked on site and contain so, so many ingredients and preservatives to extend shelf life and survive transport from manufacturer. Stick with the unpackaged goods. I like the pan au chocolat.

I am happy that I found this hidden cafe in Hoffman Estates!!! Their croissants are amazing and the coffee is delicious. I like their style, and If they had some tables outside, it would totally look like french cafe.

Review: Extremely Disappointed by Manager’s Behavior (Long-Time Customer)
I have been a loyal customer of this bakery for **many years**, consistently buying your pastries and cakes. Today, however, I had an experience that has soured my opinion and left me incredibly disappointed.
My order was a mango cake, and I was in line right after another customer who ordered the exact same item. I observed that the customer ahead of me was given a **fresh cake from the back freezer** (which is expected for quality), but when it was my turn, the older woman, who I assume is the **manager**, immediately handed me the **display cake from the front refrigerator**.
When I politely asked for a fresh cake from their back supply, just like the previous customer received, the manager refused to address me directly. Instead, she began **scolding the young girl in Korean language to give me the front-shelf cake. She couldn’t even make eye contact with me as she insisted on handing me the inferior, displayed product. I felt that I was being intentionally given a less-than-fresh cake because of my non-Korean background.
I initially took the cake, but the quality of the display cake was clearly poor—the mango fruit already had black spots. I returned two minutes later for a refund, but the manager had left. Thankfully, one of the younger girls behind the counter immediately understood the issue. After I pointed out the spoiled fruit and stated I did not want the display cake, she quickly and kindly retrieved a fresh cake from the back for me.
I shared with the young staff member that I recognized the manager’s actions were wrong and felt like I was being treated unfairly, perhaps because the manager thought I “would just take the bad batch and won’t say anything about it.” I truly feel bad for the two girls who were working. They seemed visibly embarrassed, ashamed by their manager’s behavior, and I believe they provided excellent customer service to rectify the situation.
This manager’s discriminatory and dishonest treatment of a long-time customer is unacceptable. It’s a shame that such a beautiful bakery with good products is being let down by the unprofessional and poor ethics of its management. I hope the owners address this behavior immediately, as it is damaging the reputation that the excellent younger staff are working hard to maintain.
I want to thank the girls for saving at least a small bit of my experience. I am not sure if i still give them my business.
*** new place we found, to buy cakes and pastries, visit PARIS BAGUETTE instead. Try their mixed berry cake and mocha cake. Not too sweet and very delish! *** this bakery tous les whatever is not very welcoming if you’re not white or Korean, just be warned.

This bakery offers a wide variety of baked goods and cakes, blending French techniques with an Asian twist. We tried the vanilla and chocolate cloud cakes—both were tasty, though not particularly unique. The staff, unfortunately, wasn’t very welcoming. My latte was scalding hot, and despite waiting 20 minutes to drink it, I still ended up burning my tongue. They didn’t ask us where we wanted to enjoy our cakes and just placed both pieces in a to-go box. When we asked for plates, they provided us with dirty ones. In the end, we decided it was easier to just eat from the box.

This bakery is amazing! I was looking for good tiramisu cake on goggle and came across their shop. The reviews convinced me and I wanted to find out on my own! I ordered a strawberry tiramisu cake #2 for a birthday. The size is perfect for 5-6 people. The presentation is beautiful. It tastes as good as it looks. I’ve had tiramisu cake before and I love Tous Le Jours! They just gained a frequent customer ☺️ Just to add: They give you a knife with matches and candles. So sweet!

We have been coming down to Schaumburg for years to go to Mitsuwa. We love the Mitsuwa bakery and never even thought of looking for something like it in the area.
This weekend we came down again to spend the weekend in Schaumburg and stumbled upon Tous Les Jours. It was so amazing! Every option picturesque. The fruit was perfectly fresh. Every bite was delicious.
I have recommended Tous Les Jours to every friend of mine that I know. We can’t wait to come back down and visit again.
