I just wanted to shout out the amazing employee who took our order in the drive-thru this morning. From the moment we pulled up, they made everything so easy and smooth. They were patient, clear, and genuinely kind while helping us decide what to order.
What really stood out was how attentive they were! They eveb kept an eye out for deals and made sure we got the best value, even applying a little discount for us. That level of thoughtfulness doesn’t go unnoticed. It felt like they truly cared about our experience, not just getting through the line.
Customer service like that is why we keep coming back. Thank you for going above and beyond and making our visit such a great one!

Clean and tidy. The cashier who took our order was nice. My husband enjoyed his chicken biscuit meal and I enjoyed the breakfast bowl meal. We’ve never had breakfast at a Chick-fil-A so to come all the way from VA and have it for the first time, pretty glad the food tasted great. Our pleasure to visit. I recommend this restaurant.

We just went through the drive thru and I ordered a cherry coke. Mine was straight carbonation. The sad part is when I took off the lid, my drink was white which means they should have seen there was no syrup in it. My husband ordered chicken tenders and they were burnt. Maybe you could slow down and pay attention to what you are serving others. Very disappointed!

This place will not accommodate your requests my son only eats the oranges and they said they would not give me only oranges for fruit… other locations do without hesitation. I guess the managers get charged the oranges at this location. Go to the other chick fil a in castle rock not this one. Avoid this one if you have food preferences.

Chick-fil-A has gone down hill over the past year or so. Their chicken strips used to be quality pieces that were thick and juicy. The last five or so times I’ve ordered them I received very poor pieces of mostly gristle and batter with little chicken content. I’d rather they just raised their prices than lower the quality of the food. Behold the photos of my four piece chicken strips. Pathetic!

2 stars for having a great play area for the kids. As for the portions, they have steadily declined in size and quality both. Today we were served two different orders of chicken nuggets that were extremely over battered, burnt and missing 1-2 nuggets both times. At least give customers what they are already being over charged for. Sure they’re nice when you’re ordering and offer refills and such but the price is just astronomical for fast food.

This is the third time this happens and always at this location, I get served the thinest and smallest piece of chicken with the smallest piece of lettuce, seems like there on a budget. Every other Chickfila does serve for quality not this location. Also a few months ago l left my charger connected here I called the store the same night and the manager I talked to confirmed on the phone that he found it and was gonna hold on to it for me and I did mention I wasn’t gonna be able to pick it up till a few days and he said it was ok, once I went to pick it up I talked to the manager that I talked to over the phone and he said he couldn’t find it anymore and didn’t take it seriously and said he found it he would call me, yet to hear back. Mind you this is an expensive iPhone charger for the new iPhones. It seems to me like an employee took it home, and the manager didn’t seem to care even tho he assured me he found it I am truly upset about this and currently having to borrowing someone else’s charger. Horrible customer service

Ordered a sausage-egg sandwich for breakfast and somehow ended up with a chicken-egg sandwich instead. Not even close to what I asked for. By the time I got to work and opened it, the mistake meant I had no breakfast and a cold chicken patty staring at me. I wasn’t in the mood for chicken at 8AM, so it went straight into the trash. For a place that prides itself on accuracy and service, this was a letdown.

This Cfa is the better of the ones in Castle Rock, I don’t eat at Cfa as much since I got raw chicken at the other CR location, but if I’m craving it I’m def getting my meal from this location.
