The food tasted good overall, but I did find a bay leaf in my bowl, which was a bit unpleasant. I know it’s used for flavor during cooking, but it should’ve been removed before serving. Just wanted to mention it so the team can double-check next time.

Below are photos or double protein in a burrito. I get more when ordering just a regular portion. Also, scheduled pickup for a certain time, and was notified food was ready 10 minutes before so was cold when I got it.
Edit: response was to contact them. I already had with the response being “we added a free double protein on your account” which doesn’t solve the fact that the first time I ordered it it was wrong, cold and disappointing . Why would I spend more money to hope it’s correct this time.

Been here at least 100 times, best chipotle around. However last five visits the rice has been hard and crunchy which has ruined the bowls. Support has offered no help. Dissapointed

Staff!! You guys did a wonderful job of satisfying my appetite!! Customer service was amazing.. it was as if I was home with a private Chef!! Lol… what ever they do here I hope that consistency last forever… thanks guys. Wonderful meal. Oh yeah my daughter also sends her thanks and if it wasn’t for her appetite I probably would have been at a streak house!! Lol …. we both were extremely happy with our purchase. Yummy!

Everyone in this place is super nice aside from one worker Stephanie. Everytime I go here and she is the one serving me she gives me minimal food and has an attitude. I always have to order double protein just get the regular portion from anyone else working here. I don’t like paying 25 dollars for a bowl when I’m only getting half what I’m paying for. I have no problem with paying for the food here when it’s done correctly but she makes me highly disappointed with her charisma and portions. Someone has to talk her and make her more humble because we all have to work no reason to be rude.

While the food was okay quality, the cleanliness of this place is unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. There is so much trash directly outside of their restaurant. The lobby was also absolutely filthy. Food everywhere on the floors and under the soda machines. It made Me question the cleanliness of the food I was eating. I will not be back, there are other chipotle’s in the area with much better standards of cleanliness

Had a great experience last night at Chipotle. The team members were friendly, courteous, and all around kind. This kind of customer service and appreciation just doesn’t happen nowadays, but this location still “gets it” and are very customer focused. The burrito bowl was great and was fresh as can be! 10 out of 10 I will always return to this location as I have for years now!

This location is hit or miss on whether I will be able to finish my food. I go here because the other location by my house never has fajita veggies and this one does. However, this one often has overcooked, hard rice, which makes me unable to eat my food. When it’s good, it’s really good. But when it’s not, it’s unfortunately inedible and money wasted.

This Chipotle location has been consistent for years. Its my go-to when I’m in the area. I strayed from the norm and went to the 23 mile and Schoenherr location today…terrible choice. Stick to this location if you’re in the area!
