First time here! We sat outside (patio is large). Amazing server! Everyone was super nice and helpful! Our server, Brittany, recommended the Cajun Cod Bites – 10/10 review! She was probably one of the best servers we have had in a long time! We mentioned we are new to the area and she recommended a ton of great spots to check out! We will be regulars here for sure! Monday burger special was awesome too! $6 classic burger with purchase of beverage! I couldn’t wait to take a bite of my burger before I took a picture!

What you see is not what you get! What you see is a sports bar, video poker, loud, a mixture of working men at the U-shaprd bar and clusters of women, about the same age at small tables. In essence, very Irish, working class pub. What you get will make you want to stop back tomorrow night to sample something else. A mostly scratch-made kitchen specializing in at least four pot roast offerings, phenomenal burgers, and corn beef creations. Marcy loves a good pot roast and was very pleased with the dinner. The gravy was a dark, rich covering on chunks of perfectly tender, perfectly seasoned roast. Generous mashed potatoes and an assortment of vegetables not necessarily associated with a roast preparation but fit the offering. My 1/2 pound burger was well made, seared and juicy at the same time with a fresh lettuce leaf, tomato slice and circles of onions. A soft, substantial bun kept it all together. It was BOGO Tuesday on appetizers, the incredibly large wings were hand breaded in-house, wow! Four of the six huge wings in the order are going home with us along with most of a soft, properly textured jumbo pretzel. Service? Attententive, friendly and made us feel welcome. I had to ask about corn beef and cabbage for March 17th, described as thicker slices of their corned beef – can’t wait. The background music was classic rock, loud but enjoyable, and the TV sport offerings were easy to get drawn into the action.

First time here and have heard so many great things!! Annie, Presley, Tammy, and heather are all so amazing! You can tell they all truly love their jobs with the great service they give everyone! My pumpkin spice martini was perfect! And the pot roast tacos were amazing! My boyfriend loved the beef sandwich too!! This bar is very homey and we can’t wait to come back here!

The service was amazing. Everything that we ate was delicious! Pot roast sliders, Mario’s pot roast grilled cheese, tomato basil soup, Cajon cob bites and the appetizer platter spot on. The staff is super accommodating. I will go back

We had a nice visit with our kids. Unfortunately, there aren’t many low tables, and it was very crowded when we arrived because of a Bears game. That made seating a bit tricky for our 2- and 4-year-old, especially with the high chairs.

The service was excellent — our kids even got free ice cream, which was a big win. The food was hit or miss: the burgers were excellent, but the mac & cheese was a bit too watery. The chicken wings were only medium done, and my BLT (ordered without mayo) came with mayo… and no tomato

Recommendation: Come in the summertime when the patio is open. There’s more space, a more relaxed atmosphere, and it’s definitely more kid-friendly.

This place was recommended and I’m totally disappointed. We made a 35-minute trip one way. Decided on the corned beef sandwich and it was lacking about half the meat compared to my sister’s Reuben sandwich. In addition, my sister asked for separate checks which was denied and said they could not do that. We’d have to figure it out ourselves. The young server was not very attentive and had to try to catch her attention several times. The fries were also underdone and my corned beef sandwich was totally dry. I decided on the Italian lemon cake and Italian ice dessert which was a little pricey and it was just okay. My dessert was actually better than my corned beef sandwich. I was totally disappointed in our experience especially since it took over an hour round trip just driving going back and forth. We ate on the patio which was not scenic.

My boyfriend and I came in tonight, on Friday. The service was good but this is the second bad experience we’ve had with the food quality at this restaurant. After waiting 30 mins (which I understand is typical during busier times), only his wings and fries came out ice cold and had to be sent back. Once it was brought back, I still sat for 15 mins before my food came out and he was practically done with his. My chicken Caesar wrap immediately fell apart all over my plate when I picked it up. The wrap was $16 for just lettuce and 2 bites of chicken. At that point we just asked for it to be removed from the check since we were already waiting over an hour. I’ve tried this item here once before, and didn’t have this problem. When I addressed this with the server, we waited a while longer to get it removed from the check and get our bill for his wings.

I went here with my daughter and family. Our food , 6 shrimp appetizers , a classic burger with fries, a chicken wrap with curly fries, a Cajun pasta bowl, beef barley soup, Mac n cheese for the kids. All the food was hot and delicious! Soup was amazing! Our Server, was Julie. Julie was hands down, one of the best people that any restaurant could have working in their establishment. She was a truly dedicated and delightful person, showed much care and patience with my granddaughters. This restaurant/bar, was definitely family friendly, clean, plenty of parking, and service above and beyond. We will definitely go back.
