WHAT A RIPOFF!!! On the positive side, the server was very nice and attentive. On the VERY NEGATIVE side the food did not match the menu. The first photo below shows the dinner I ordered, the second photo shows what I received. The ribeye was barely 1/2 inch thick and not of good quality. On top of that they charged nearly $20 for a double Jameson and water, charging as if was two separate drinks. Talked to the Manager and he agreed the steak was very thin but that’s all, just agreed on the poor quality. He also had no apologies for the overpriced cocktails. Would STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you steer clear of this restaurant!!!!!

The beginning of the meal predicted how my meal would end. My Spinach Artichoke Dip arrived at the table lukewarm with unmelted cheese on top and a serving of stale mystery-seasoned chips. I asked for hot dip and fresh chips without the seasoning.

Next, our entrees weren’t any better. I gave back the rough, oddly textured half-rack of ribs and softly cooked fries brought to me for consumption. The Nashville Hot sauce was thinly splattered in one area on my ribs leaving the rest as a rubbery tasting mess. The other side had a warm oily mixture of meat juice and something watery without any sauce. Due to the overall texture, you could tell it was microwaved for much too long.

My husband’s New Orleans Seafood dish didn’t look like anything on the menu. The so-called blackened tilapia looked like a block of cod seasoned with a reddish seasoning salt; it wasn’t blackened at all. The rice pilaf was white rice with a hint of some sort of mystery seasoning. According to the manager, this rice debacle is their “pilaf”.

This was our first time visiting this particular Ruby Tuesday’s in over 2 years. After this experience, we won’t be eating there again.

Restaurant was clean. Mediocre atmosphere.
I ordered the smaller ribeye and loaded mash potatoes. I don’t know what type of steak that was. But it didn’t taste or look like a ribeye. Was chewy and not good. Mash potatoes taste like powder. My tea was in a old plastic cup that was so beat up it looked broken with hundreds of dry watermarks on it. Only thing that was good was the salad and the waitress. She was on top of things. Manager refunded me the steak meal. I’ll try again maybe another time.

Do NOT order from their Mukbang ghost kitchen. We ordered the 12×12 smash burger. They gave us 6 small burgers to split 12 burgers. The menu photo does not match at all. Tried to get a manager on the phone… Left on hold for over 10 min and then they stopped answering. This is the second bad order from them. Never again!

Nice enough. My burger was fair but I’ve had better for the same price, my dining companion really enjoyed her meal and salad bar. Service was average. Prices were good for the specials but high for regular priced items considering the taste and portion size IMHO.

Service was okay. Owner/management seemed to care enough to do rounds and make sure all good. Food wasn’t that great…meh. Philly was like a 1/4 meat and 3/4 veggies (not good tasting at that almost as if being stretched on its safe to serve date). Chicken sandwich seemed a bit thinner as well. Ambience seemed okay and updated.

Today my family took me to Ruby Tuesday restaurant on hwy 78 for my birthday. The food was great, the restaurant was clean, quiet, and cozy. Our server Camden made our visit even more pleasant. The rest of the host, and waitresses were friendly and pleasant. Thanks for a great crew. D. Jordan

Vicki was on top of it. I was hungry and indecisive. I love how patient she was but still helping me make the best cocktail decision. She was as welcoming personality which is very helpful. She’s also great at multitasking and servicing other tables. She isn’t too pushy but attentive. The perfect balance….. like don’t annoy me, but don’t forget about me either. lol Love her.

I am writing to share my disappointment with the recent changes at this Ruby Tuesday location. The bar has always been one of my favorite places to unwind, especially when Vicki was tending bar. She made excellent drinks and kept the bar area clean and well maintained. You could tell she took pride in her work.

Since Gary left, the management has not been the same. The bar is often not wiped down and the overall service feels less attentive. I have seen Vicki serving as a waitress, and she does a great job in that role as well, but the bar experience has clearly changed. For me, a quality drink and a clean bar are just as important as the food.

The food quality has also declined and does not seem as consistent as it once was. We come to see Vicki, and if she leaves, that will likely be it for us. I hope management takes steps to improve both the bar service and the food before more loyal customers decide to stop coming.
