Service was slow. It was shift change, the gal just started. Burger was great, fries not so fresh. Soup was good. The taco salad was huge and fresh. Overall it was good. I’ll be back.

The service was great, our hostess Lena and our chef Lance were amazing, they greeted us and showed us lots of respect, and the food service was quite well. Would recommend to others and continue to go here thanks to these two. Thank you Buzz-Inn you made my night.

Unfortunately the last few times we have eaten at the Buzz Inn it has been sub par. To start with one of the 5 meals was left out of our order. One was a salad so ok. One was a sandwich but the fries were dry and cold. One was a French dip with dried out meat and the dip was too salty to eat also cold fries. The last meal was a burger dip which was over cooked, dried out and black with cold fries and dip that was inedible.
On top of all that the up charges i couldnt let it all go. So disappointed!
I don’t usually write bad reviews but this is the 3rd time we have had bad meals. After many chances this will have to be our last.

Our Hostess was too busy visiting with friends to even acknowledge we were there standing at the front desk. We were warned they were recovering from a rush but even taking that into account the floor was very dirty. Our server was good and very personable.

The food was ok but my T-bone for example had to be the thinnest cut I have ever seen. Ordered medium rare, much of it was way over cooked. Not hard to imagine with such a thin slice.

The three other plates came with fries, but none were crispy.

The desserts however were great.

We stopped here after a local suggested it. They had a great menu selection and my wife had the Salisbury steak lunch special (a steal at $7.99) and I had the chicken bacon burger. The food was excellent and the service friendly and fast (very important to us since we were travelling).

We’ve been coming here ever since we moved to Granite in 2016, and it used to be one of our go-to spots. Unfortunately, the last two visits (both takeout) have been absolutely horrendous.

Both times our food was supposedly “ready” when we arrived, yet we stood in the lobby for several minutes while multiple staff members walked by without offering a word of help. The first time, by the time we finally got our order, everything was completely cold.

Tonight was somehow even worse. Two employees at the counter stood right in front of me, swearing about other staff members, instead of helping customers. We ordered burgers — every single one was undercooked, and one was downright unsafe with bright red, raw chunks inside. The burgers were so greasy that the buns were soaked and falling apart.

To top it off, we ordered tartar sauce, got ranch instead, and were charged around $1.50 per condiment.

Just an absolute letdown from what this place used to be. I really wish Granite had a solid burger spot, but after tonight, we’ll be driving to Snohomish or Lake Stevens for something better. Sadly, I doubt we’ll be back.

While it was decorated great. The servers only served the locals. The refused to come to our table and even get our drink orders. We waved at servers trying to get attention and they ignored us. We left after not being talked to for over 20 minutes. Highly disappointed and DO NOT recommend.
