Wednesday, 1:45. One table occupied. Disturbing how dirty. One tall guy prepping meats, one goatee guy serving, angrily, tossing the food. Portions good, tasty as typical of Chipotle. Greasy place. Loud woman demanding refund because of child seeing dirty bathroom. If another was near Id definitely go there, but this place shames Chipotle.

I went to the Blanding location shortly after they opened for the day. Since it was my first time, I wasn’t sure what to expect. To my surprise, the ordering process and food preparation was ridiculously fast. I ordered a bowl and the portion size was enough for three at least. I got brown rice,pinto beans,black beans, chicken, queso,cheese, mild salsa, guacamole and lettuce. It was amazing! I want to try all of the meats! Yum!!!!

There was a young man named Keem working tonight 12/2 7pm – when my fiance & I came in. He was helping the woman in front of us who became increasingly rude. He genuinely was trying to help her and asking clarifying questions regarding her order and he seemed to be new. She became severely rude raising her voice at him over TACOS. Another young lady took over the order and he made mine and my fiancés perfectly and even thanked us for our patience (we didn’t wait but may two minutes- pretty standard) once we were done making our order he wanted to make sure we didn’t need anything else. I had to tell him he was doing a great job after watching that interaction and seeing how he still treated my fiancé & I with kindness. This lady seemed to have impacted his morale a bit but he was still giving great service. Chipotle is lucky to have such a nice young man who is dedicated to delivering great service even when someone tries to belittle him.

They charged me twice… called the support and they were no help. Emailed support, said there was nothing in there. Yet I showed proof from my bank statement that it was charged twice. They are still “investigating it”. The manager (I think) didn’t seem like she wanted to help at the time of being there.

It’s not worth eating at this place. The staff serves very little food. It’s not worth the price you pay. Others serve a good portion of food. But this one on Blanding Blvd in particular seems like the manager orders very little food. Ridiculous. I won’t be back.

A nice Chipotle in the Jacksonville area.
We came for an easy dinner after a long day and we were all craving tex mex. It hit the spot.
The staff were super friendly and fast at this location. The portions were good too, back what I remember them being pre-covid.
The dining room was a bit messy so we chose to do take out, but overall this is a good Chipotle.

There was a long hair in my food. They do not wear hairnets. The food also was not good. The tofu looked like it had been sitting out untouched for a while. The food wasn’t really seasoned. My favorite part of what i ate before finding the hair was the guacamole and thats because it was just smashed avacado.

Not enough workers staffed. Every table in the lobby was dirty and the floor for lunch today. Bunch of the pans were out of food. Dishes stacked up all up behind the counter. One person preparing food to keep counter area full. Seen wha looked to be them manager pop up in the kitchen but than disappeared to the back with long line of customers and not too much food to choose from. Very poor managed location.

I ordered online around 4:57pm in the afternoon and it said asap pick up was at 5:10. I get there at 5:10 and I don’t receive my order till 5:25pm. It would have been quicker to just order my food there and leave faster for the amount of time I waited. And they didn’t even apologize for the long wait
