Got here two days ago. Usually used drive Tru but wanted to go in to see the store inside. Inside is clean, service is fine but the food, specially the baked potatoes is cold but it’s still crispy. Sandwich is really good and the store over all is clean. Parking is good too.

Ordered Dave’s Single meal and 10 piece Spicy Nuggets. The lettuce and tomato in the burger was do fresh and crunch. It was so delicious. French fries were old and so salty. Had few and threw away the rest. I usually love their Spicy Nuggets but they mixed old ones with new ones. So 3-4 pieces were a little hard and did not taste good at all. But the rest was tender and tasty.
Drive thru staff were not friendly either. They didn’t say anything even after we said “Thank you.”

Place was a mess. The trash cans had not been emptied in a while. There were no customers in the restaurant when we entered. Both trash cans were overflowing. There were two separate tables with multiple used trays full of trash. Most other tables were dirty. Food was lukewarm at best. This was Sunday night at 6:40pm.

My grandfather and I ordered two $5 biggie bags and I ordered extra fries with mine. It took forever to get our order and it wasn’t correct or warm by the time it came out. Half of the drinks listed on the drink machine didn’t work. My granddad and I both have a stomach ache after eating here. The staff did give us new medium fries when we complained though.

Yikes!!! Came for the Dave’s Single, stayed for the drama! Got scolded by an employee because another employee mistakenly gave me a drink larger than what I ordered. She made me give the drink back… Then she proceeded to have a very colorful verbal fight with a delivery driver.
At least the manager was kind enough to apologise.

Yet again, another disrespectful encounter to this Wendy’s, they take absolutely no accountability and act as though I’m wasting their time. I just wanted what I ordered. Not someone else’s freezing cold food. When i called to tell them my order was wrong, the supervisor said her name is Robin, and she was not trying to hear about anyone’s concerns. All she is willing to do is replace the item..not the entire order, no apologies were given. She told me to come back and she will exchange the wrong sandwich for the correct one. I’m completely over Wendy’s all together.

This particular wendys is on one. Robin the night time manager doesn’t care how she handles herself or her crew. Rude attitudes from the lady who takes your order. She wares a cross but doesn’t act like a Christian AT all. Rude for no reason and rushes people and makes people feel uncomfortable. Another light skinned chick young with dreads just gives dirty looks and makes you feel like youre inconviencing her. the night time shift just isnt friendly. They ought to be ashamed of themselves with the terrible customer service. The day time shift is much better. I think Lindsay is the best worker they have to be honest, not sure if shes even there anymore.

Horrible customer service. Sloppy. They should not be in business. Guy taking my order at the drive through assumed I was done after I ordered for my son. Kept asking me if I was done ordering after each thing I said.
He then handed my food while taking an order, and it was missing my sandwich. I called to try and tell them so I could come pick it up. No one answers. What a waste of $24. Over priced and horrible service. Missing food.
