Gauchos Del Sol was an amazing dining experience from start to finish. If you love Brazilian steakhouses, this place is a must-try.
The meat service is incredible—servers walk around with skewers and slice the meats fresh onto your plate, and you can try as much as you want. They brought out a great variety including:
Picanha (top sirloin cap) – juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned
Filet mignon – tender and buttery
Garlic beef – bold and savory
Beef ribs – rich, fall-off-the-bone, and packed with flavor
Lamb and pork cuts – well-seasoned and cooked just right
Chicken and sausage – delicious and smoky
And don’t skip the grilled pineapple—it’s warm, caramelized, slightly cinnamon-sweet, and the perfect balance to all the savory meats. Honestly, I could eat a whole plate of that alone!
The salad bar is one of the best parts. It’s huge and upscale, with fresh greens, cheeses, cured meats, olives, roasted vegetables, pasta salads, and Brazilian side dishes. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and high quality—way beyond a typical buffet.
And the Brazilian lemonade is a MUST. It’s creamy, citrusy, refreshing, and not too sweet—perfect for cutting through the richness of the meats.
Overall, Gauchos Del Sol delivered great service, great food, and a great atmosphere. Perfect for date night, celebrations, or just treating yourself.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Gauchos Do Sul. The picanha was absolutely the highlight for me — perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The salad bar was fresh, beautifully presented, and genuinely delicious, not just a side attraction. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. You can really feel the care they put into both the food and the experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone who loves great Brazilian steakhouse
Unfortunately, not pictured the delicious meat they bring out.
I wanted to do something special before Ash Wednesday / Lent, so God allowed me indulge a little bit beforehand.
I’ve heard of all-you-can-eat Brazilian Steakhouses before, but I have never had the pleasure of actually partaking in this sort of feast.
This particular establishment has exceptional service, amazing food, and in all honesty the whole ordeal made me feel like royalty.
Big shoutout to my amazing server, Moises, the fabulous hostess, Maya, and everyone working behind the scenes to ensure my dining experience was unforgettable.
If you like high quality meat with an incredible salad bar, then I suggest you pay this place a visit at your earliest convenience.
God willing, I shall return one day after Easter.
God bless and good journey!
I especially love the endless variety of options. There’s always something new coming to the table, and everything is cooked perfectly. The salad bar is impressive as well, with a wide selection of fresh items and an excellent variety of cheeses.
This place never disappoints, and it’s one of my favorite spots for a great meal and an overall fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend!
reasonable. Only downside is very limited in Brazillian beer they only had a dark. Easily rectified though. Thanks.

The soup/salad bar has a variety of different cold cuts, cheese, and veggies. They also have seafood like cocktail shrimp and salmon loxs. Out of everything I got, I really enjoyed their soup (I believe it was lobster bisque), bread, and roasted eggplant.
Their appetizers were also fantastic- they had bread with cheese inside (super addicting/dangerous), polenta fries, mashed potatoes, etc.
As for the meats, everything was solid. Definitely get their special (Picanha) and the Fraldinha. The other cuts of meat (i.e. ribeye, calf steak, chicken wings) were okay. But their seafood (shrimp and octopus) was a pleasant surprise!
Something that I actually could not get enough of was their grilled pineapple. It has cinnamon sugar on top and the sweetness/acidity of the fruit paired very well with some of the fattier cuts of meat.
As for dessert, you have an option of either tres leches cake, tiramisu, or churros. I ended up going with the churros which came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The churros were perfectly fried and had a sweet crème filling. Even though I was so full by the time dessert came, the churros and ice cream were so good I ended up eating it all lol.
Aside from the delicious food, the service here was fantastic! I appreciate how fast/diligent the servers were for our big group. Aside from making sure our plates were always full of meat, they were very attentive on our waters and taking away dishes that were no longer needed.
Overall, my group and I had a fantastic experience here and I look forward to coming back here!
