Food was fresh, hot and one of the best spots for red lobster that we’ve been to strictly in terms of food. The service here is the slowest I’ve seen from any Red lobster I’ve been to prepare accordingly. The atmosphere feels old and outdated, not a big deal because the food was solid. I feel like service could’ve been a little better like when a server asked a table behind us if there was any special occasion, and it was more blunt and straightforward for us. Not terrible but timing is something that needs to be worked on.

I was visiting from Marquette Michigan where I work at a red lobster! My one request for the trip was to go to a local red lobster. (Can’t get away from the place; nor would I want to!)
Our server – I wasn’t able to catch her name, was PHENOMENAL! She was engaging and interacting even though she was super busy. (Mini rush!) I was pleased with her quick service and her ability to be personable. The food was amazing. I got my favorite – the Bairdi crab your way, old pay parm flavor. It was steamed to perfection, and the sauce was just so flavorful. The crispy potatoes were just crunchy enough and the right amount of salt to cut through the rich sauce. The bacon mac and cheese was absolutely wonderful, the bacon was fresh and warm, and the cheese sauce coated each noodle.
As a fellow RL employee, I loved to see how much similar/different this location was from mine! I am extremely impressed with the attitude and atmosphere this restaurant has. I will 100% be back on future travels!

Honestly food was amazing! But we walked in to no one. No host bartender or server.. which I work in restaurants and I get that. But we sat at the bar top for 10min seeing no one. Since I am in the industry I like to be in and out of places. I spend enough of my life inside those places. Typically me n my boyfriend are in and out in 45mins. It took me 30mins to get my water and my drink. 1hr till our food hit. Not a kitchen problem but the bartender was maybe busy or just hanging out idk. It was my birthday and I typically don’t say anything but this was horrible…
Also a DoorDash guy showed up and was patiently waiting at the front for a good 10mins. No one was at the front. When he started walking to the kitchen someone from the staff finally asked him what he needed and when he said DoorDash they rudely told him he has to wait. The thing that disappointed me, the most is because I do work in this industry, and there are several staff members that came and looked and saw people in the bar and in the lobby and just ran back to the kitchen. It was like your whole staff was just hiding in the kitchen all night. I don’t know what was going on, but whatever it was it effected your customers every single one of them. There was a five top family that was sat in the bar that took the same amount of time to even get their kids drinks out. And as a parent to have your kids waiting on something and having to console them and keep them busy till that is a very difficult thing and it’s not something you should be worried about when you’re supposed to be taken care of and you’re tipping a person to take care of you and your family. As a server and bartender, I never want my guest to worry about anything. All of us were concerned last night.

Me and my parents came in on a Saturday and Bethany helped us to our booth and got us all set with drinks and even gave us some recommendations on good appetizers. Food came quick and she was wonderful, the atmosphere in the restaurant was laid back and the music taste was great. Overall a wonderful experience and Bethany was right there if we needed anything. Will be coming back agian. Hope to see you agian Bethany!

Before I even start my Rant, I Do know it is Valentine’s Day and we did not have reservations, but pulled into the restaurant at 4:50pm went in asked how long Hostess exact words were 20 to 30 minutes for a party of 2okay no problem even if it was a hour it would have been fine,we were still waiting at 7:10 patiently may I add in the meantime I put in a check in olive garden because we were waiting for so long they said a hour in less then a hour we were sitting in a booth at Olive Garden, The Help at Red Lobster at the front desk ABSOLUTELY do not know how take reservations or seat tables never will I go back this Red Lobster again! I Have actually served tables at a busy family restaurant for over 25years and I have never seen people wait like they were waiting here, there was a Door Dash Driver that had a order that was supposed to be ready at 6:15 she was still waiting at 7:00 when we left Poor Service!

The hostess and our server were both so friendly and so nice to us today as we were celebrating a birthday. Our food came out very quickly, very hot and so delicious. We have visited quite a few red lobster restaurants throughout the country and this one is on the top five for us. Keep up the good work.!

Won’t be returning here. Reservation not honored on Valentine’s Day. Reserved seating days in advanced Showed up to a packed house with no table despite confirmation. Told us we had 14 parties ahead of us Zero accountability from staff. Ruined our night. 1 star, avoid if you value reliability.
Update: love seeing the owner respond only to people that luckily got to enjoy their Valentine’s Day, shows the professionalism and lack of respect they have for their customers.
