We went as a quick stop. Three Strawberry Banana Smoothies is what we ordered. Got to the second window and was told to pull up that the machine was down and they needed to make them by hand. Didn’t think anything of it besides the dude that came to the window was rude and clearly annoyed by our order. We pulled up and waited almost 15 minutes for them to come out with 3 Strawberry Shakes… Not what we ordered and before we could say anything the girl that brought our order out ran back inside. Not worth waiting for them to correct as we had places to be. However on our way down the road we realize we should have. One you could see they started making it a chocolate shake but then made strawberry (chocolate syrup was still in the bottom), The second the cup is cracked so we cannot even drink it without it going everywhere. Douglas Wy McDonald’s… 1. To the dude working, if you don’t like your job look for something you do. 2. Slow down and read the orders correctly because strawberry banana smoothies are much different from strawberry shakes. That’s all.

One thing I really like about this location is that despite how many times ive eaten there because of ease and proximity, ive never gotten food poisoning. This is a win and some of the workers are cool as heck to boot!

Never helped at speaker so pulled up to window and they refused to take my order. I told them I was hard of hearing and their sign said I could place my order at the window. The lady at the window was extremely rude as well as the manager. They said they do not take orders at the window and next time would refuse to take my order. Poor service!!

staff is nice but they always give the wrong order, i ordered 2 hot and spicy chicken sandwiches they just gave me 1 and i order chicken nuggets they gave me filet o fish sandwich and quarter pounder instead of 1 chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets, they everytime do like this

Early morning breakfast going back to Wyoming . Get up on the interstate and start eating.. NOT! McMuffin was hard as a rock couldn’t eat any of them. Pancakes were like rubber. So we got no breakfast until Denver. Thanks McDonald’s for an epic breakfast. They got my money I ate air!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I’ve never walked into a McDonald’s where it literally stinks. The other day when I went, it did. The individual who handed me my food today looked like he hasn’t showered or washed his clothes in weeks. They’re always slow with service and the food quality is not up to par with other McDonald’s I’ve been to. I wouldn’t just say that my experience here is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. I’d say it’s my worst experience with fast food ever. I genuinely wonder what would happen if I called a health inspector.

WORST McDonalds experience in a long time. I reaffirm what a lot of the other 1 star reviews have written and will be writing a complaint to company headquarters.
When I contacted them, I was very disappointed in the bottom of the barrel quality service. When I asked for the cost and quality of a shake I received an “I’m sorry what was that” and then a “let me check”, followed by an intolerably long wait time. Please do better for the next customer and keep driving! Staff’s low quality service made me want to go somewhere else!

Worst service ever. Employees are lazy and dont do their jobs. We asked if they had the new meals in stick because they said they would have them today and they said not till Thursday. They gave me a dirty look like we were making then do their job they signed up for. All the employees should literally be replaced with robots because maybe then not only would service be better but they won’t mess up the orders too
